Sullivan Contracting’s service was exceptional. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the roof replacement on time and made sure the site was cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

Sullivan contracting started our house painting and gutter installation in June 2024. Today, June 3, 2025, we are still waiting for completion of leaks at different spots on the gutters and the paint for the roof of the porch. We were happy with the painting results of the house and the crew were hard workers. We have contacted the owner many different times and have telephoned the office as well. We received many excuses with promises to contact us with an appointment with no follow through.

I highly recommend Sullivan Contracting. Their crew was friendly, and the roof replacement was done professionally and with great care. They also cleaned up everything afterward, which I really appreciated.

Sullivan Contracting is not a real business. They have an F rating on BBB for good reason. They quoted us for a project back in April 2024, finally got a tiny bit of work done in July of 2024. The work involved taking off all of our gutters and power washing the house (which was never fully completed). It is now December, this company has stopped communicating/working/ replying. They have left their equipment here and our gutters all off the house. This has caused even more damage to the house and the foundation which is getting constantly rained on. I advise anyone considering this company to run the other way. They are clearly a fraud.

The contractors who came to fix my roof after some damage were quite friendly. They did an amazing job fixing the issue at hand, can’t tell they was any damage! Needed a roof replacement due to a storm and man did they do one heck of a job. Shingles replaced in a timely manner and for a great price too!? And lets not forget the areas that I had no idea even existed. I'm definitely going to be using them for future renovations and restoration.

So little did I know what I was in for when I signed the contract in mid August. So I signed the contract Aug 15th 2023 to have new siding and gutters installed on my house. I left a deposit of 5 thousand. The contract said an estimated start was on or around August 28th. It is now December 27th and still get nothing but a run around on when they will be performing the job. There has been numerous times I have reached out to Jake asking when will he be starting. He has a response everytime next week or later this week. I have asked for my money back but he said I'm bonded in a contract. Well Jake so are you!You said u would be starting August 28th and now it's going on 5 months and I have yet to see any work done. This has been a absolute horrible company to deal with and now I'll be going to court to get my deposit back. Do not do business with this place!

I chose Sullivan contracting because they were the only contractor to explain the process for new shingles on my roof.

Great experience for my roof replacement. Beginning with the initial consultation, George came prepared and explained the product and process to me and took the time to answer any questions I had. Once scheduled, he kept me informed on time frame and scheduling. Roof replacement took one day, they arrived early, were very professional and polite, cleaning as they went. All my bushes and plants were covered to avoid damage, my patio was actually cleaner when they left then when they had arrived! Very impressed with the service, Roof looks great, will be happy to use this company again and will definitely refer to others.

Had a problem with my down spout so I called and they had someone come out and take a look. They explained what was wrong and fixed it the same day! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The guy Jake is a scammer ... Made a mess an never cleaned up . .. Never pay in full till everything is cleaned an all there stuff is gone an walk around an check before giving them rest of money .. Also if you ever have a problem don't expect them to come back and fix anything. George was very nice and friendly a very good business minded person he should really rethink his employees if you want to continue to prosper.

George is a very nice guy and he did a good job with my roof " so far" and I wished it would of worked out to do more work for me, but I agree with the other review of making a mess he assurred me there would be nothing on the ground well we had 2 flat tires from the shingles and it started out good but quickly became a mess. When
my ceiling was being repaired when they left I was cleaning up after them, however he came back to put another coat on and was very professional, but still isn't finished no phone calls or text to finish so im hiring someone else to finish, so sad, I liked
him, Where still finding nails but the most irritating thing was phone calls and text could not get hold of him 2 to 3 weeks at a time, I got annoyed and now I told family and friends to not bother hiring them.

These guys are the best. They made sure everything was done right. Cost was very reasonable and they do all kinds renovations.

I called three people to come give me an estimate on my roof, jorge got back to me the fastest with my price quote. He came and was very professionalHe sent me my proposal and upon reading his reviews I hired him and his crew to do my job. Very satisfied with the work they did I will definitely use them again.

In late January, 2021 I had a new roof installed as well as a skylight installation at a cost of $13,100. The work was performed to my satisfaction with one problem. When George Sullivan called to make sure I was happy with the job I voiced a concern that the shingles at the edge of the roof were not laying flat. He explained that they were cold and when the weather warmed they would flatten. In March they were still not flat and on closer inspection I discovered the gutter screens had been tucked up under the shingles! After months of making innumerable calls they finally sent someone to fix the problem however the fix was not completed and now after many calls I cannot get a return call. The person who answers the phone is always polite but she can only pass my message on to George Sullivan. She can't force him to respond. I am beyond frustrated.

George Sullivan has contacted me and the needed repair work has been completed. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. It would be 5 stars if he had been responsive in a more timely manner. I would use his services again.

After researching several companies Sullivan was the best price for quality. So glad we went with this company- our roof was done in timely manner and everything was communicated to me during the process

so i called sullivan contracting up because i had leak coming thru my ceiling in my living room.
george came out quickly gave me a price- had a delay from materials but george kept his word- his crew did a beautiful job on my house-
he communicated with me thru out the process, he gave me a fair price and the quality is SPOT ON. i had him put up mew gutters as well. i would highly recommend.

We used Sullivan Construction LLC from Griswold CT to do a roof on one of our homes and also full gutters on the entire house as well. The owner offered financing that was easy. The owner was easy to work with and they were there when they said they would be there. They picked up their mess and no debris was left in the yard. They even used a device that has a magnet to ensure no screws were left in the yard or our driveway! We have gotten many compliments as they did the siding as well. They offer a great product and the owner had many options to choose from. The owner also provided proper insurances that I called to verify myself. Very happy with the product and the quality and their workmanship!

I hired them to replace my roof and install new gutters the following week. During the roof replacement material falling from the roof broke a basement window and front door light fixture. They promised to repair the window when they returned to install the gutters. It's been 3 weeks now and they still haven't returned and 4 calls, voicemails & texts during the past week to find out when they will be here have all gone unanswered.

We had our Siding placed on by this company and they did a super job. Mario and his crew were fabulous, hard working. And friendly. Jake did a great job for us as well. The owner, George, was very easy to work with, and took great pride in his company.

I had my roof replaced by Sullivan Contracting after a leak developed. They did a wonderful job and I'm very grateful. I priced out five or six contractors before going with them and they're a trustworthy group. Especially grateful to Jake for his communication throughout. I've gone 5* here, but in truth it's a 4.5* because a delivery truck for the roofing materials damaged our lawn. Hoping this can be fixed so I can update to 5* — but they were otherwise careful, courteous, and clean.

Finished the entire roof project in 2 days. Beautiful work, high quality product. Makes the house look great! Jake came through for sure. Easy to work with. Great price. Highly recommend!
