If i could give them a negative stars, I would. We ordered a front door and patio doors last year and have had nothing but problems with them. I understand that things happen; however, after 1.5 years of problems, I no longer have patience for the process. My husband and I have contacted both Suburban and Provia about the issues on multiple occasions. We have learned not to expect a timely response: we have had to call multiple times in order for someone to even call us back, let alone come to the house to look at the issues - of which there were many (frost on the INSIDE of the house, gaps in the frame, nails/staples coming out of the frame....to name a few). What’s more, no one is taking responsibility for the problems - making a poor attempt to fix the problem (that they say doesn’t exist!). We paid good money for the doors but once the money was paid, they all but forgot about us. In fact, we are still trying to get the problem rectified; we are still waiting for (another) phone call back. Buyer beware!

Contacted Suburban Home Improvements regarding placement of gutter guards. Our gutters were installed by this company approximately 5 years ago. Contacted the company because we were having overflow problems due to storm and was hoping to get a price for gutter guard installation to prevent debris from entering gutters. First when I called the receptionist cut me off and said we didn't have any storms and my gutters must be blocked. Once she let me finish my sentence and I said there wasn't a problem with the work but wanted an estimate for gutter guards installation the receptionist was rude and abrupt saying gutter guards should of been placed when gutters were initially installed and they will not come out to look at such a small job. The quality of work that was done initially 5 years ago was good but the fact they don't stand by returning customers who spent thousands of dollars previously and made referrals to their business is downright disappointing. Their only advice was call a handyman and could not provide any recommendations. No job should be too small to keep returning customers. Will take future business elsewhere.

Don's crew removed and installed a roof on my house in one day (over 10 sq.). They arrived on time and finished after a complete cleanup of the area. I have aluminum awnings, flowers, and shrubbery around the house, there was no damage to anything including my lawn. The roofing, included underlayment, ice guard, ridge vent, chimney flashing, and of course architectural shingles. Beautiful Job! I would recommend this establishment to anybody, and would consider using them on other projects. Last but not least, refreshingly, no pressure during the estimating process.
