Sub Zero Siding was recommended by a friend who was very happy with the work. I couldn't be more pleased. Jeremy is a straight shooter who explained the options clearly in layman's terms and (since it was a small project) was able to fit me in right away.
The crew was professional, went above and beyond expectations (they even added decorative trim at no cost to a previous ugly patch job on a different part of the home) and the price was very reasonable. (I got three quotes; Sub Zero was significantly less expensive than the general contractor -and had a more thorough repair plan and better materials than what both of the other companies offered. I'm so glad I didn't go with either of them!) I also appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me as is so often the case.
My brother-in-law (who has building experience) was with me when Jeremy came to the property to explain the options. He was also very impressed with the quality and professionalism and is planning to use Sub Zero for a repair on his own home. Would 100% recommend.
Jeremy Meier (Co-Owner of Sub-Zero Siding) was hugely helpful not only leading up to our siding project, but also during and after the project. He helped my wife and I choose the siding/trim colors and showed us how it would look on a 3D rendering. Once work began, the crew was very polite, totally self-sufficient, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They picked up all nails so there was never a concern about punctured car tires. They were also great at producing some custom sheet metal work such as covering our soffit and foundation. The team works well into winter and will come back after the snow melts to make sure they did not miss anything while cleaning up.
There's no question but that Sub-Zero Siding deserves a 5-star rating and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to re-side their home knowing that their job will be completed professionally by workers who are both caring and competent.
