Paul was great to work with. Very helpful along the way. Edwin and his team were prompt, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our roof redone by this company in May. Our initial appointment was rescheduled a few times as we were told other projects took longer than expected, rain, etc. We paid to have new gutters with guards installed as well. Not only have the gutters still not been completed three months later, the ones that they have installed leak behind them when it rains. We have been told that the initial crew that installed our gutters is not one they work with, and the lead man was someone they were having issues with. We have been told multiple times that they would be sending out their best crew at X date and time only to have no one show up. To make matters even worse, we noticed a leak over our porch roof during a storm two weeks ago that was not present on our 20 year old roof. We have again been told that someone would be out only to have no one show up. We are beyond fed up with the unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness of this company, that we are being forced to take legal action in order to have this issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very professional. The workers came on time. Worked diligently and left after cleaning up thoroughly. Paul explained very clearly exactly what would be done. I love my roof.

Shopped around for the best company to replace our entire roof and skylights. We chose Strategic Improvements and are so glad that we did - the work was exceptional, and they completed the job in a single day with no damage to our landscaping. The owner, Paul, was in constant contact with us and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with their work. Our neighbours were so impressed with the quality of work, the speed, the competitive prices and the attention to detail, that several have hired Strategic for their roofs as well. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Our new roof was installed a few weeks ago and looks great. Paul is professional, responsive, and honest. His team works fast. We’ve seen other roofs in our neighborhood take 2-3 days to complete (or more, depending upon weather), but Paul’s business model allows his team to work together and finished our roof in one day (start to finish). I was working from home the day of installation and checked-in on progress regularly, and am very satisfied with the quality of work. I’ve since recommended Paul to family and friends, and here I recommend you give him the opportunity to quote your roof or repair.

Paul is amazing. He did a fantastic job on a full remove and replace roof. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job on schedule and on budget. He makes sure to communicate exactly what the job requires and provides all the materials necessary. His crew was also very punctual and professional and left the job site was left clean. The estimate was spot on with no hidden surprise or bump up fees. I HIGHLY recommend him and his crew.

I hired them to replace our roof, soffit and facia, and gutters and downspouts. Paul listened to what I wanted. Provided good advice and a competitive estimate, and after I selected them, his people executed the job flawlessly. The workers were professional and quick and cleaned up well. The house looks great!

Really No stars!!!! We had a roof replaced May 2019. My old roof had no leaks. After this project was completed i have 3 leaks. They came out once and fixed one of them. We continue to call Paul Brown and we get a run around. First he never answers. When he does he tells you he will be out this week, then next week. It mid Sept. and we have not seen him. We will be taking legal action i guess.

Inital response and time to get work done was very good along with the price. The work itself appears to be good and was very timely, but a few other areas were lacking. A special request I made up front was not properly communicated to the actual workers. The workers tried to be accommodating in the moment when I brought it to their attention, but they didn't have the right parts so, it was left with a bandaid fix. Cleanup left something to be desired. Tried a few times to get warranty info and still haven't received.

I reached out to Strategic Improvements for a quote on a roof replacement. We scheduled an appointment that they soon after cancelled on me. We rescheduled for a couple days later, while I was on my way to the rescheduled appointment I figured I should call to confirm even though they scheduled it with me through outlook calendar. Property is 45 minutes away. He then tried to reschedule again, I said I did not want to reschedule again as I set my days schedule based on this appointment and I was already on my way. Paul decided he no longer was interested in viewing my roof. Completely unprofessional business! Does not care about the time of the customer!

Unfortunately a bad experience w/ Strategic Windows and their contractor. Main task was to place a new window on the 2nd floor dead center over a window on the 1st floor. The installation happend w/ a gap of about 5-6 inches. Raising the issue, it was talked down as not visible, no solution was offered, no compensation granted. Althow full payment was requested and money collection was fast.....
