Alex and Jason and their team did a remodeling of our house in Pittsburgh (built 1900). They upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, renewed the floors and renovated walls and ceilings. The house was really run down when we had bought it and before they started.
They were just awesome. We had an extremely tight schedule and were not even on site during the remodeling. The PPR team did stick to the plan 100%, they were finished on time and it looks all great. Over the course of the project we got frequent updates and photos to show the progress or any hickups. They were very organized and spot on.
We got good advice on all our questions and took care of everything from design, planning, permit over construction to final inspection. The budget was kept even with some unknows and required changes on the way.
Great job, great team, we can highly recommend them as an extremely reliable general contractor and remodelling company.

We engaged PPR to usher our 1902 home into today's era, and importantly, to retain its charm and nuances - original molding and doors, to boot! Alexander and Jason take sincere pride in their craft, and quality - and our satisfaction - was apriori. These photos showcase how detailed attention and deep understanding of our dream for our 'forever home' translate into an end product that evokes the home's history but also our family's take. Amazing experience!! We hired Pittsburgh Property Remodelers to finish our basement, and we are beyond thrilled with the process and the results :) Our basement was WALL TO WALL concrete, with almost no lighting and just an old "pittsburgh potty". Alex and his team came in to help with design, material selection, planning, and we even threw him a few curve balls which he knocked out of the park! Since we had the space, we wanted a full bath installed which of course presented challenges and decisions to make - but Alex and his team worked with us every step of the process. One of the biggest "tricks" was being able to service the furnace.....so we now have a small section of "removable wall" which provides more than enough access to the furnace to be able to change the furnace filter and provide service. Alex was even happy to work with our HVAC guy who we have known and trusted for many years. Our basement has a few different "sections", but the main space is about 14' x 23', so we decided a wall bar would give an element of FUN while also providing more seating. We are also big fans of The Wooden Whale, and Alex was more than happy to work with The Wooden Whale's schedule as they provided the wall bar, mantle, shelving, bench, and cubbies. Our project lead was Jason, and we absolutely loved him! Jason is top notch at his trade and his finishing work is stunning........a true artist! With any renovation, there is always dust and dirt flying around, but Jason did his absolute best to minimize it as much as possible - lots of plastic and tape went up every morning and the space was CLEANED UP every afternoon. (And I'm a bit of a clean freak - so when I say it was cleaned up.......it was CLEANED UP.) The team was also so pleasant, cheerful, and engaging with our 2 daughters (ages 8, 6) and our girls enjoyed having them at the house early every morning. We have more work we want to do to our house in the future, and we would absolutely hire PPR again without hesitation. Thank you Alex and team - we will be enjoying our extra space for many MANY years to come!!

I cannot recommend Alex and Jason of Pittsburgh Property Remodelers enough. My wife and I hired them for some finish work in our kitchen, after we saw their names on the preferred installer list that we received from The Tile Shop. Their work was impeccable. In addition to flawless tile work Jason kept his work space meticulously clean! He was also extremely accommodating with our schedule, particularly given the fact that we have a one year old son and busy work schedules. Alex’s professionalism and communication was also very much appreciated. This project was at our home, but my wife and I also own several rental properties and have worked with over a dozen different contractors over the years. Pittsburgh Property Remodelers was one of, if not the best.

I would highly recommend Pittsburgh Property Remodelers LLC! They tore out our whirlpool bathtub and installed a free standing soaking bathtub, replace our ceramic floor with LVT and repaired the walls. The workmanship was excellent.

Our finished basement turned out stunning, but it wasn't just the finished product that was amazing. The communication and cleanliness were something I had not experienced with contractors in the past. I can't wait to do my next project with them.

Pittsburgh Property Remodelers gave me a fair price to turnkey remodel a basement and bathroom involving demo, adding a bedroom and sitting room and gutting and redoing a full bath. Work came in on time and under budget. Can't say enough good things about the crew and supervisors--competent, patient, hardworking even in summer heat. They even cleaned up as best they could after each shift. Jason and Alex got back to me immediately whenever I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend and will be calling them again when it's time to redo the kitchen.

We had a fantastic experience with Pittsburgh Property Remodelers. Alex, Jason, and the entire team went above and beyond to transform our master bathroom. They transformed a 90s master bath into a spa-like retreat with a soaking tub and glass shower. In addition to a full master bath remodel, they did a refresh on the kids’ bathroom by changing out the vanity, fixtures, and lighting.

Besides being prompt and professional, they were fun to work with and to talk to! They even gave my son (4) a play tool kit so he could help. What a great experience! We were truly impressed with the whole process and would recommend them to anyone!

These guys were incredibly professional, communicative and had great taste. We had a difficult remodel project that was half done and had to make the best of the choices that were already made, but they tailored the rest to look super attractive and contemporary. We hired Pittsburgh Property Remodelers for a first floor remodel this Spring. Alex, Jason, and their teams were amazing. Our dated 1st floor kitchen, dining room, and living room were transformed. We love our new space. Great experience from start to finish. You work with a Project Manager throughout the project, which makes the process seamless and keeps everything and everyone on track. Fantastic team, flawless craftsmanship and professional. Plan to use these guys again for my next home renovation.

I'll agree to give these guys a five star review, but only because I can't give them 10-and truly, they would deserve it! Best experience I've ever had with any contractor, hands down! Pgh. Property Remodelers, LLC.check all the important boxes: Organization, Skill, Cleanliness and yes, Follow-up. Being involved in real estate and a wannabe carpenter, I guess I'm not easy to please but this group more than surpassed my expectations on a recent bathroom remodel. They did what they said, started when they said, ended when they said and charged what they said. What I got for my money I would never have gotten elsewhere. I expected decent remodeling workers. I got skilled carpenters and a project manager-same crew every day-no "emergency" jobs to leave for, no absentees, and a white board on an easel in my garage with their daily expected goals. When it came time for plumbing we got licensed plumbers to re-set drains, toilets and install all the fixtures all because Pgh. Property Remodelers, LLC.also own a plumbing firm, Pgh. Plumbing, and their work was included in the price. Usually our project manager, Jason, an accomplished carpenter, worked all day with the crew but if he had to leave he always returned at the end of the day, sometimes on his own time to check the work and ask if we were satisfied. At least weekly I heard from the owner, Alexander, asking the same. What's more, they would spend at least 1/2hr in the AM placing adhesive plastic walkways around their work area and just as long at days end removing it and sweeping up. No saw-cutting was ever done in my home, it was done in the garage or driveway and carried to its destination. Their commitment to cleanliness was uncompromising. My home was cleaner after the bathroom gut and remodel than it was before they started! Unheard of!

I hired Pittsburgh Property Remodelers to remodel my guest bathroom and it came out stunning! They completely gutted it to the studs. They built a custom wood ceiling, installed marble floors and all walls are wrapped in granite. The toilet bowl is recessed in the wall and they installed custom led track lighting between the slabs of granite. Great company, great experience and I highly recommend them!

I hired Pittsburgh Property Remodelers to help me completely renovate one side of a duplex that I had just recently purchased. We opened up the first floor, completely re-did the kitchen and bathroom, and updated the place throughout. The entire process (and outcome) was a fantastic experience and I couldn't recommend them enough to anybody that asked.

The initial walkthrough was super helpful to make sure we were on the same page. They also provided super helpful suggestions during the walkthrough and throughout the project when I was unsure on how best to approach certain things; they acted as a partner when I needed extra input, which I very much appreciated.

The timeline they gave me seemed quick (45-60 days) but they even managed to beat their estimated timeline. The quality of work is top notch and I truly couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using them again for the other side of the duplex and for any other future projects I end up having.

Alexander and his team removed old flooring, installed new hardwood flooring, and installed new faucet/light fixture. The project came out fantastic, and the team cleaned up after the work was complete. Further they were great to work with and communicate with from the onset through completion of the project.

These gentleman did great job on our bathroom repair, which we were pleasantly surprised, turned into an update! A leaking shower handle (of all things) had ruined the floor and corner of our bathroom. They not only explained everything to us in detail, but their prices were so reasonable that we ended up having them repaint the entire bathroom, and fix everything, for cheaper than our other "bids". They also worked around our schedule, which was very very helpful during Covid.

I called Pittsburgh Property Remodelers to get a quote for our new kitchen remodel. Alex came to our home and walked us through the process. He told us it would be a 3 week project and they actually finished in 2.5 weeks. The tile back splash Jason completed was beautiful and the Quartz counter tops are stunning. The whole crew wore masks the entire time and were extremely clean throughout the project! If your looking to get your kitchen or bathroom remodeled, definitely hire PPR!

I have a unique perspective when it comes to this company and its employees. I worked with them for my own personal home remodel, investment property, and they do a lot of work for my clients and friends as well. On top of that, I list their homes that they remodel as flips. I can say without a doubt that they have some of the highest quality finished products I've seen for any company who can take a project from nose to tail and finish it. I could spend all the time in the world coordinating materials, contractors, logistics and it might turn out okay after some mistakes have been made, or I could press the 'Easy' button and have peace of mind that they will get the job done as quick as they can without sacrificing quality and I can lean on their expertise for situations.
