ProClean Homes

ProClean Homes did a complete wash of my vinyl sided house and my painted wood sided garage, as well as the asphalt shingled roof of each, on May 31, 2022.

By and large I was very happy with their work. The vinyl siding is old and was rather dirty, and in many areas lightly discolored from age. While of course ProClean could not make it look like new, they did a good job of at least making it look fresh and clean. There were areas on the roofs that had mold and moss, and they did a great job of cleaning/treating those areas.

First of all, throughout the process I dealt directly with Ryan Matthies, the general manager. From the beginning, his professionalism, responsiveness, and communication was top notch. He was very good to work with.

The exception was that during the washing process their cleaning solutions got onto some of my perennial plants and damaged them; specifically, my climbing hydrangea and my Kiev miniature peonies.

I took photos of them and sent them to Ryan. He assured me this was almost certainly leaf damage and that the plants should recover with new growth. He also assured me he would make it right if they did not.

A couple of months later, after the plants showed little to no sign of improvement, I took new photos and sent them to him with the update. He felt certain the plants would bud out in the spring like normal and be fine. He assured me again, however, he would make it right if they did not.

So I offer this review based upon my experience with ProClean and its services as of this date.

I will anxiously await next spring, and update this review based upon whatever happens at that time.

My Wife found this Company and decided this was our Best Choice for removing the ALGAE/Mold off our Colonial Homes Roof. They were very professional and appeared as Scheduled for the Roof Cleaning Services.

We met both Kyle very Nice and Ricky also a very friendly and nice team.

They completed the process as needed and asked my Wife to walk around the House and explained the entire process. NICE JOB!

I will definitely refer this Company PRO CLEAN to my friends and neighbors. We also plan to have them come out again for another much needed service.
