We had sold our house and in the inspection process found that we needed a new roof. In working with our homeowners insurance, they deemed the roof was not damaged because of weather but rather warranty defect, and declined the claim. Our realtor contacted Brandon at Stonebrook Exteriors to take a look at it for us, and deemed it was indeed weather related damage. Brandon went above and beyond to provide us with pictures we could resubmit to our insurance. The insurance company came back to reinspect, and deemed it weather related and is covering it in full. We will fully recommend Stonebrook Exteriors to anyone who needs exterior work done.

I had a limb fall on my house from the latest storm. Called and talked Justin and his team was there the next day. They made it look new again and gave me a fantastic price. I would recommend them to anyone.

This Hass to be one of the most unprofessional companies in Lincoln. Not only is there administrative level, completely unprofessional and don’t return any type of communication unless they want something on top of that i’ve experienced for the past week, their drivers and they’re poor, driving skills and empathy for others on the road. I’ve caught a truck doing 85 and a 75 four separate times this week and don’t even have the courtesy to move over if they can’t even drive and be on time, why would you want them on your house?

Everyone at Stonebrook was helpful and professional. They did a great job on our roof and quickly. They also tread lightly on our extensive landscaping, which we didn’t expect but was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you Jeremy and everyone who worked on our project!

Dan did an excellent job of keeping the project on track. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The crews that did the work
were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

Dangerous drivers. I have had, unfortunately, multiple experiences with the employees of this company while on the road. Today (11-21-23) I had the misfortune of being tailgated by truck 27. Flipping people off, speeding, weaving in and out of lanes without signaling, the list goes on. Maybe make sure your drivers aren't so reckless and unprofessional while driving your company vehicles.

Stonebrook Exterior replaced our residential roof some time ago. They were awesome then, and continue to be great. John came out today (within just a couple of hours after calling). He was professional throughout, and went above and beyond to communicate and make my wife comfortable that everything was fixed and good to go.

When a huge hail storm hit our small town Dan Fallier was in my cafe handing out his business cards and trying to help people get their stuff fixed as soon as possible.

Jeremy hands down is the man for the job!! Everytime a storm comes through he is right there to take care of me and my family. He has great knowledge in all different products with experience in just about everything He is not a salesman that pressures you into something you may not need just to get a sale. He truly cares about the final product to make sure it’s done right. I would highly recommend him. Everything went great--from making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to determine the problem and fix it on the spot. Shout out to Seth Mann who was the first who actually got out a ladder and climbed up on the roof to inspect it! All 3 other companies I had out for an estimate never did, and all three of them recommended new roofs costing thousands of dollars! Turns out it was a minor problem. I am happy to report that it has since rained and there was no more leaking! I am very happy with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. I really recommend and appreciate Seth Mann

Contacted Seth Mann directly with a job offer. Ever though job was last minuted and window was tight to get completed, he took it on and hit the ground running. Handled things with insurance company to get the right materials and kept the owner of the property well informed throught the whole process. I really have an appreciation for working with Jeremy Stickney. He was prompt, and made it easy with his direct answers on time, product and application. He was able to cover my all questions, and did most of that in his presentation.

Total satisfaction. The job was done well, even with the wait for quality materials(true for everyone with this timing), we were happy with the results. A storm pulled loose a gutter cover, not their fault, but they came out and fixed it.

So far from the estimate, to helping me work with insurance on the damages, to the bid process has been awesome. Dealing with the damage of Mother Nature is stressful enough and Jeremy has been great at answering all my questions and going above and beyond to help me through the process. Roof, gutters, and downspouts will be replaced in about 2 weeks and the siding work will be done in about 2 months, but can’t say enough good things about the process so far.

Been trying to get my house done since May 2022. They started June 7,2023 They didn't roof my shed like it says in contract. He said it wasn't covered, I looked up incontract to proof it to him. Haven't finished chimney..Kenny said would get his guy out to put new window in (he Kenny & Jeremy both came in to measure wondow, that was before they sided house. Now months later Jeremy says they don't do that. They also put wrong trim around that window!! Called Jeremy August 8th, he said the would be out this week...but it's Friday @ 11:30 and no show. I'm sooo discussed.

He told me they could start in 2 weeks - and they did! Dan kept in frequent contact with us throughout the entire process - when to expect folks and what they'd be doing. He even came back to personally inspect the finished repairs to ensure we were fully satisfied. Customer service at its finest! -Roofing team was fast, did a great job and were diligent and meticulous about keeping the site clean and cleaning up when they left.
They had a great eye for detail and we could not be happier

-The Gutter team also did a great job, were very fast and left absolutely NO trash! (that can be a real problem with other companies)

During the roofing/gutter replacement process, we noticed a few spots that needed additional repair. The Stonebrook Team gave us a very competitive price to repair the areas and again, did a excellent job!

The company's Project Manager, Kylie, was awesome and did an excellent job keeping us updated on any scheduling changes or concerns. More importantly, she was very responsive to all questions and concerns during the entire process.

I can strongly suggest using Stonebrook for any residential exterior work!!!

UPDATE- Had some minor issues 2 years later and StoneBrook was quick to identify and rectify the issue in a very professional manor!

Stonebrook did an excellent job on my roof replacement. They were very professional and I was impressed with how clean the area was when they were done.

Had my roof replaced from Stonebrook after a hail storm. There was many fly by night companies around the area after that. You could tell these guys were local professionals. I don't see many roofers wear harnesses like these guys do. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and their employees. A++ job. Would recommend again!
