In late September 2023, I met Sean McArthur with Stone Creek Roofing and Exteriors, while he was preforming a free inspection of my next door neighbor’s roof. If not for Sean’s experience in the roofing industry, well let’s just say that he recognized the level of thermal heating damage my roof was having and pointed out that my roof was seriously under vented.per code. Sean stayed involved throughout our roof replacement project, and really gained our trust and respect the day he drove back out to our home, to be onsite during our insurance assessor inspection. He wanted to insure the assessor missed nothing. We found Stone Creek to have a wide range of tile options, reasonable prices, an easy material delivery process, and the installation crew was superb. Customer service was second to none. I had a small water leak after a hail storm, so I called Stone Creek Roofing for an assessment and estimate, if necessary. After they performed the assessment, they told me the roof was fine and it was just a seal around one of my roof plumbing vents, so they sealed it and saved me the hassle. They were incredibly professional and very helpful, which made my day!

Furthermore, they did an assessment on my fiancée's roof, and that turned out to be totaled from hail damage. After going through insurance, Stone Creek Roofing made the process very easy and explained all of the details clearly, so we understood everything from start to finish.
