Couldn’t speak higher of Jerry and team. Had to get a full roof replacement or our insurance was going to drop us. After taking out multiple bids we decided on Stevenson roofing. Fair pricing, quality work, done in a timely manner. No attempts to up sell or hidden additional fees. Definitely recommend.

Stevenson’s really stands by their work. They are very trust worth to do what thy say they will. They were able to repair our aging roof, assess the wear and provide estimate for a new roof. They left our yard in great condition. Ask for Jerry!

If I could give 11 stars I would. Stevenson Roofing is the epitomy of great customer service. We had our standing seam roof installed almost 20 years ago and Stevenson Roofing provided a 10 year warranty. We recently had a leak at a jack and after trying to get a company closer to us to fix it, we reached out to Stevenson Roofing. Jon has ALWAYS been AMAZING! He stayed in touch with us and came out when the weather was good to replace the jack rubber boot at no charge!
This is absolutely amazing customer service in today's world.
THANK YOU!

The owner of Stevenson Roofing is an old-school professional who provides excellent performance and does not cut corners. He also provides great recommendations during the quote process on the type of roofing materials for a new roof. He utilizes up-to-date techniques and procedures during the installation process. His crew is experienced and hard-working. Highly recommend using Stevenson Roofing as recommended to us by Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning.

Had one of the best service experiences for home repair in years of being a home owner. This company was referred to me from. Alpine Roofing, after our skylight spontaneously exploded. Jerry was able to take a look and assess the damage/give us a quote the very next morning, and by afternoon the following day, he and his team had everything fixed and installed. He gave us a good quote range, and was on the low end of the quote, very reasonable pricing. All in all, could not have been happier with our experience. Thank you!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
