Adaptive Roofing

This is a long overdue review! Oct 2024, I called Adaptive Roofing to have someone come out to check how much longer my roof would last. The owner, Sean came out. I thought he would look and five minutes later he would tell me I needed an immediate replacement. Instead, he looked at my roof inside and out, shared tips to increase ventilation in the attic and said he would recommend replacing the roof in two years. He left without charging me! His thoroughness and professionalism, gave me the confidence to know I wanted to work with him when the time was right.

Sean is a very knowledgeable guy! Knows what he’s doing and VERY helpful!! 10/10 will definitely recommend!! Quality all around!

Sean and his crew at Adaptive Roofing was recommended to us by a home inspection team when we were purchasing our house. We had roofers come out to look at the house, but none even got on the roof or entered the attic space. When Sean came out to give us a quote he did both, the outside of your roof only tells part of the story, and while he did note some issues with the 22 year old roof we had from the outside, it wasn’t until he was able to see the attic and underside of the roof to make a fully educated quote on what we needed. He took his time to explain what we were looking at, what potential issues may arise, and even went over all the available solutions that could be provided. He wanted to make sure we were not only making the best choice for the house, it had to be the best choice for our pocketbook as well.

The best part about working with Sean was his willingness and patience to answer questions. His knowledge of the industry is outstanding, and if he didn’t have the answer he would let you know, he isn’t getting paid to blow smoke. He also was great at communicating what was happening and what was to come, and if we ever had concerns that needed to be addressed when his crew was not on site he had someone out there asap to address the issue at hand if needed.

Working with Sean is exactly how working with a business should be. Work with the customer and provide the information, be honest with them, and help them understand the decision being made without upselling. Sean isn’t there to take your money, he is there to guide you through an expensive repair/renovation and ensure it meets all of your needs, not his.

After comparing quotes from four different roofing contractors, I hired Sean and his team at Adaptive Roofing to replace all of the plywood, improve the gutter/downspout system and replace the roof on my Mom's house.

Sean (Owner) was awesome! From the day I got the quote to the day the project was completed. Sean provide information every step of the way.

On the initial inspection for the quote, Sean gave me all the information I needed. Sean did not push hard to close the deal, but rather what's best for me, gave me information on material to focus on and to avoid if I do end up going with a different company. Know what material is good for PNW.

I hired Sean and his team at Adaptive Roofing to replace my old roof of 25+ years. Their team has actually done 4 different projects for my family and each one has gone very smoothly and the outcome on all 4 has been consistently top tier. My roof ended up needing a full re-sheet of plywood as well since the existing was from 1967 when the house was built. They adapted very quickly and continue the project without hesitation. I also had them add 3 solar tubes to my home which showcased their expertise in a different skill set as well. Highly recommend Sean and Adaptive Roofing for any roofing projects you need.

I recently had Sean provide a roof assessment for potential leaks and some minor repairs , and I must say, he exceeded all my expectations. I'm happy with Sean & Adaptive roofing! I had other bids but I found Sean to be the most honest with what needed to be done & reasonably priced. We needed Ridge caps replaced & he was very knowledgeable. He inspected our attic & skylights as well. He is friendly, easy to talk to and he took many pictures before & after the job was done. I feel better now that I don't have to worry about leaks from cracked Ridge caps. It looks good! I will call Adaptive roofing for any future issues if needed & recommend them to anyone.

Sean was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and very personable! He came out on a weekend and gave us a very honest opinion and didn’t try and sell us on something we didn’t need. Can’t wait to us him for any future roofing projects we may have!!

Sean and Adaptive roofing were a pleasure to work with. They responded very quickly, came out the next day, offered a transparent analysis of the situation with our roof, and a reasonable quote for a repair. Once we chose them, Sean again was able to come out the next day and compete the repair. He provided photos of the before, during, and after for our records and explained everything he noted on our roof. Easy to work with, prompt responses, and what appears to be quality work (no water yet, and we had 2.5” of rain shortly after the repairs)! We’ll call Adaptive again if we have additional roofing needs.

We used Adaptive Roofing to repair a small leak in our roof. Sean was quick to respond, friendly, and easy to talk to when setting up our appointment. On the day of the appointment, he was able to find the source of our roof leak and and repair it same day. Sean took videos of different issues he found during his inspection and was able to explain the issues he saw to us in a way that was easy to understand. Sean came by and did a free inspection of our roof. Overall, he was not only extremely knowledgeable but very friendly, trustworthy, and presented the facts with pictures to allow us to make an informed decision. There was no pressure to purchase any services, but he was willing to do touch up work on the spot after we saw the pictures to extend the life of the roof. He was quick, thorough and provided great pictures so we can keep an eye on things. We will definitely continue to use Adaptive Roofing in the future for any roofing needs!

Sean came to check my attic and to see if a shingle had blown off my roof. He took photos of what he saw and explained the process to me. He found mold in the attic and installed extra vents to prevent it from growing. He solved our problems before we even knew we had them! He was very reasonable with pricing and I recommend this company for anyone with roofing or gutter concerns!

We recently had a roof/chimney repair done by Sean and the Adaptive Roofing crew. Not only we’re they able to handle this very difficult repair, they did it in a very quick timeframe and beat the winter rain season.
