Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They were supposed to show up to fix a warranty issue that I had with the builder. I asked Melissa to have the roofer tell me when he showed up. I thought it was odd that the next day I didn't hear anything, so I assume the roofer didn't come to my house. When I called and spoke with Melissa, I said that nobody showed up but she said that the roofer did. I said I have cameras that indicated nobody was parked out front of my house at the time she said he came. She said the report was given to her by the roofer. Funny how cameras don't lie but people do. The builder paid Sterling but didn't do the job. I will be fixing my roof with a reliable roofer.

Sterling installed the roof on my new home in 2018. Since then they have been out 3 times to attempt a fix for a leak. I’ve received several different versions of why the leak continues. The leak has caused dame to the structure, trusses, and sheet rock on the ceiling. They seem to have finally fixed the leak but are refusing to repair the damage caused by the leak. I tried calling the office but Melissa told me that they are not responsible. I asked for a manager and she told me Matt said they are not responsible. Matt will not get on the phone or return my calls. I am still pursuing this with an advocate but I would be very cautious about doing business with a company like this.
