If you want to make sure you are getting the best quality roof - This is the right company who will assure you make the right decisions. Helped guide us thru the insurance replacement roofing process and was our advocate all the way thru from start to finish of the new roof. They are certified installers of GAF roofing materials and provide a great customer warranty that is supplemental to the manufacture warranty.

Alex was professional and helpful with our roof repair after getting hail damage. He was responsive to calls and emails and was very thorough in his explanations of anything we discussed. Our new roof is beautiful and the crew cleaned up superbly. Alex was also incredibly helpful in helping us file our claim with insurance and getting our claim approved. Our insurance company was being less than cooperative, and Alex helped us navigate through all of that red tape to get our claim fully approved. These guys are great. Alex is a true professional. Not like typical "contractor" types where they don't answer, show up late, or way over estimate the cost of the work. Pricing was very fair, they showed up when he said they would, and did a great job for us. Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out. I've been screwed over in the past, and in fact am still trying to get a judgement paid from another contractor. I am very wary of this type of work, but was pleasantly relieved by all of those that work at Steel Image! Hope you all continue to make a great name for yourselves!

Would 100% recommend. They came out and looked at our house after a tornado went through our neighborhood. I would have never know the extensive amount of damage I had if it weren't for Alex. He worked with our insurance in getting everything we needed replaced for our siding. When they were reinstalling our siding they found damage in the front of our house that could have Ended in a collapse over time. They took the time to fix it instead of trying to cut corners like the last people. not only that but they found a place where our foam insulation was not correctly installed and called out the company and had the company fix it for us. they were also able to further help us with insulation matters by fixing the windows which were also not installed correctly. we are so thrilled with all the work that they have done for us and we have the best looking house now. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.
