Arrow Construction did an excellent job at replacing our roofs and gutters. I worked with Colton and have been very pleased with the overall process.

Working with Colton and the rest of Arrow was a positive experience for us from start to finish. Colton took the lead and diligently worked with my insurance company on getting the work approved through a hail damage claim with me having little involvement. As for the actual roof work, the crew showed up on time and had everything completed in roughly 8 hours. The crew also also did a great job with cleanup around the house. New roof looks great!

We worked with Colton Bragg after he stopped by our house to offer us a roof inspection following several severe storms this summer. He found damage and we had our insurance do their inspection. They agreed and we were able to get a new roof through insurance. After we logged our claim, Colton took care of everything and the process was super easy and quick! Our crew was so fast and professional and they got the whole roof done in about 8 hours. It looks great! I’m really grateful that he knocked on our door that day. Highly recommend!

Colton and his team are absolutely amazing! I knew my roof had issues after several hail storms and I was going to need to replace it soon. Arrow construction left a note on my door saying they could work with my insurance to get the roof covered. After my initial call with Colton, I had a new roof covered by insurance in less than a week. My initial claim was denied but Colton worked with my insurance to get my roof covered. Super professional!

Colton was our guy and he was excellent. He kept us informed all the way. Handled everything with our insurance adjuster, all we had to do was pick out colors. The roofing and gutter crews were outstanding. I highly recommend.

Quite simply, they did an absolutely fantastic job on my home which required a new roof and gutters from hail damage. Such a great company to work with! Very professional. We didn’t need to do anything. They did all the job with the insurance company and actually we were able to get some upgrades. Colton Bragg … I don’t have words to describe him. Very nice guy. He is very extremely professional and knowledgeable. We got delayed a bit but wasn’t because of them. It was because of the gutters color we picked up. It’s kind of like a hammered copper and the wait was totally worth. Keep the great job going guys!!!

They did an awesome job on my gutters and gutter board replacement. I worked directly with Morgan she kept me informed though out the process. She made she to come check on the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the work once it was completed.

Had a roof project that another gutter company became unresponsive. As an owner of construction company I know how hard time and materials are to come by right now. I have a personal relationship with Nate Holmes and asked if he could set me up with someone. He got the job done within a week even as busy as they are, and after I messed up and told them white when the correct color was cream so they had to make 2 trips. Quality work, above and beyond on getting it done for me, and for less that I was paying the original company. Thanks Arrow and Nate.

Working with Arrow was a great experience. We had hail and wind damage from a large storm at the beginning of the pandemic. Nate and his team were ready to help almost as soon as I requested a quote. They navigated the home owners insurance claim process for us and advocated on our behalf for almost a year straight until our claim was approved. Once approved our house’s siding was removed and replaced in a matter of a couple days. The crew was courteous and cleaned up afterwards nicely. Alongside their high quality of work, their customer service was second to none. Several times Nate stopped by to check up on things as well as go over the process. I would recommend these guys to anyone, any day.
