We have used Steel City Roofers on several occasions. Rick Page is very prompt and always responds within a few minutes. He has always arrived on site within 24 hours and delivers quality service. He is very honest and repairs only what needs to be done. He’s never tried to sell services that are not needed. I recommend Steel City Roofers due to their professionalism and honesty.

I called Steel City Roofing one morning after discovering a leak. Rick came to my house that afternoon. I showed him where the leak was and explained how I discovered it. He went on the roof, looked around and took pictures. He thoroughly explained each picture, where it was located, and how he thought water was getting through. He made several repairs and took pictures afterwards, and again, explained each one.
Rick was polite and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I lost shingles during a windstorm. I called Steel City Roofing and Bradley Ramey came out the same day. He walked me through the insurance process to let me know what to expect. Rick Page met the insurance inspector at my house and then was extremely patient with me while I picked a color.

When they showed up to do the job, I didn't count how many guys it was, but they were very nice and very quick. I watched them a little while and they were so in sync with each other. Super efficient.
They were respectful of my property and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.
And my roof looks fantastic!
I’ll recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been taken financially taken advantage of by other contractors on things I’m ignorant about, so I’m wary when things like this happen.

Steel City Roofers was absolutely wonderful to work with! Bradley came quickly after I noticed a leak in my attic from my roof. Their prices were very reasonable and we agreed that they would be replacing my 27 year old roof in a couple of weeks. A few days later, we had that powerful windstorm and it knocked one of my wind turbines off my roof leaving a large hole! Bradley came over in a couple of hours and sealed my hole with a large tarp! We had a terrible rain storm in a couple of days and his tarp didn't let any rain in! Now my roof is done and it looks great! Steel City and Bradley were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job!!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish on replacing our roof with Steel City. Owner Rick was referred to us and was so punctual, knowledgable and explanatory about the process. He helped us in working with insurance and was very hands-on, even coming by to meet with adjuster and really went the extra mile. Mike (the supervisor for our job) was on site the whole time they were working on the roof. They did an amazing job with clean up, made sure everyone got their garbage picked up, mail delivered etc. Super professional all around. I also greatly appreciate them working with our schedule as much as was possible (thanks to Bradley for helping coordinate that also). Would give 10 stars if I could!

Great experience from start to finish with this company when we had our roof replaced. They were able to pull storm data to show the insurance adjustor when a hail storm damaged our house as the adjustor initially couldn't find evidence of a storm in our area.

Steel City Roofers did a wonderful job putting a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty 50 year roof on our house. Work was done fast, accurate and thorough. Even with the Golden Pledge Warranty and best roofing products their pricing was very competitive. They did a great job cleaning up after the roof was installed.

Rick and Bradley are top-notch guys. Came to my house, Discused what color roof to put on . Explained to me what the benefits to the roofing that they use are, made sure I understood what was gonna happen when it was gonna happen. What could possibly happen what we would do about the things, if there were any problems, what cost would be concerned that he couldn’t quote me upfront and these guys showed up and did the roof in almost one day cleaned up well, super respectful. I have to say I do customer service for a living so I can be a very difficult customer to please , but I am extremely pleased. There was even a small mishap and Steel City Roofers fix the problem quickly professionally and you would never know that it happened. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work they did how clean and professional they were and how quick and responsive they were , beyond pleased. And the warranty that comes with their work is worth its weight and gold. I had such a wonderful and incredibly positive experience with Steel City Roofing. Rick, my contractor was so responsive and made sure everything was done the correct way to insure any and all issues were addressed. He also worked very hard with my insurance company to get the claim handled. I would recommend them to anyone who needed roof repairs or replacement. I had some water issues repaired as well and Rick arranged the contractors who did impeccable work and were very kind and thorough. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I called Steel City Roofers for a roof leak, and they came that afternoon and fixed it! He showed me picture of what was wrong, a cracked vent boot. I got him to replace all of my vent boots, since they were all old and cracked. The price was very reasonable, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s nice when people help you without a lot of fuss!

Steel City Roofers came as a suggestion from a friend of a friend, but as soon as I met Rick at the first meeting I knew I didn’t need another company. Rick was transparent and so helpful in the process of making sure we got what we needed from the insurance company. He let us know which week to expect the work to start, and even followed up that week to see if they may be able to start early. The crew showed up ON TIME and ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD! Bradley was on site and awesome- even sent pictures of the finished product. Roofs aren’t fun to buy, and thankfully it’s not something that has to be replaced often, but I will always suggest Steel City Roofers and use again in the future!

This is the best roofing company I've ever worked with. They do outstanding work and use excellent materials. Where most roofers try to complicate the pricing to try to get the most they can, this company was very clear and honest, they gave a good fair bid and there were no surprise "price hikes". They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, on time and easy to get a hold of. They got the job done faster than I expected and thoroughly cleaned up afterwords without leaving any trash or even a single stray screw or nail on the ground. These guys are lifesavers! We discovered a hole in our roof while in the middle of a painting project/getting new gutters. Turns out, we needed a new roof...These guys gave us a killer quote compared to the other 2 companies that came out and since we had seen them do a house down the street earlier this year, we chose them. They told us 2 to 4 weeks, but got us on the schedule in one week!! They were here EARLY the day of the job, did it all and cleaned everything up the same day. There was constant communication and supervision and I would be glad to recommend them or do business with them again myself. Way to go Bradley & crew! We cant thank you enough for making the process SOOOOOO easy!!
