Ken's crew did a good job estimating, doing the work and cleaning up. Only gripe and it was small, was that I had asked for a bottomline all-in price. I was given that price, agreed to the work, but at the end there was another line item for clean up and disposal. Since I asked for TOTAL price at start, I was confused. I paid it, but felt when I specifically asked for bottomline price, there should be no surprises. Just a misunderstanding, but make sure you are specific in the planning and budget phases regarding prices.

His company removed my old roof, installed a new roof and also did 15 other people's homes in my neighborhood.
I am very pleased, with the quality of the work done on my home.

Mr. Underwood was contracted to do a complete roof replacement on my fathers home. Remove old roof, repair woodwork where needed, installation of vented cap.
The price was very competitive, the workers were polite, on time, careful with the shrubbery and cleaned up well when the job was completed.
I would recommend his company to anyone. As a matter of fact I'm going to get him to replace my roof as well.

Ken and his work crew were great. In addition to the roofing and gutter work, they painted the exterior of our house. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We would use this company again.

I was thoroughly impressed by the work Ken did for my home. He took the time to meet with my insurance and then patiently helped me through the process and I had a say in what design I was interested in. Other contractors I’ve used in the past have been very unprofessional, but Ken was there the entire time to advise his crew to do the best job possible.
