If you need your roof cleaned I highly recommend Taylor. I received a call from him about the job and, after asking what kind of roof I had, he explained everything he was going to do in detail. My roof was covered in pigeon droppings. He told me Randy and Logan would be at my house to do the work in a few days. Randy called the morning of the job to let me know his ETA and arrived right on time. My roof looks brand new again. They are thorough, timely and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend that you try SteamWorks for pressure washing and window washing. SteamWorks did 2 jobs for our company, Dunseath Key Co Inc. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They pressure washed all the asphalt, stucco walls and other parts of our store front. I didn't realize what asphalt could look like when clean! Then they washed all our windows, inside and out. We wash them regularly but what a difference to have them professionally done! We will be setting up a schedule to have this cleaning done on a regular basis. This is a company that will make your company look good...literally..by making a good first impression as the front of your building is what clients and customers see first!

However, upon review of their work, they successfully cleaned all the challenging areas. In addition, they provided valuable guidance on sealing the patio.

Steam works responded to our request for a bid to clean our patio. Taylor came out to evaluate the project and returned two days later to test an area. When he discovered he could easily remove the stubborn stains and clean the patio, he proceeded to clean the whole patio on that very day. His crew did an amazing job were very professional and courteous, and returned everything that was on the patio back to its original place and did all of this in record time. Huge difference before and after the guys did their thing. Driveway was pretty badly stained with oil, dirt, and decomposed leaf stains, and it’s much less of an eye sore after their work. They also did a great job pressure washing the house exterior.

I was so grateful to find SteamWorks Pressure Washing and to fit into an open spot they had in their busy schedule. Our back porch and side pavers were desperately in need of a cleaning. The porch had not been cleaned in many years, and it took two rounds of cleaning to remind us what it once looked like. I won't' wait so long next time. We contracted Steamworks to steam wash the outside of our home . They quoted a fair price and did excellent work in a timely manner. We mentioned to Taylor Lamm that the previous owner of our home had applied several coats of different colored and different types of paint to our front porch and back patio and we had been told by 2 business owners that they could not guarantee the removal of the paint from the concrete and we should consider tiling those areas . Taylor said he and his crew could remove it ! Taylor , Randi and Ron came punctually at 8 :30 and worked diligently and did the job perfectly - the concrete floors looked like new!

This business is hands down phenomenal! Speaking with Taylor the owner, he went above and beyond setting everything up to get our building power washed so last minute. It took our drab dull building and gave it new life.

Taylor had a sign up going into the neighborhood, got his number and texted him. Very quick to respond, and very professional on the phone when I spoke with him. His crew came out the next day I think (they had a cancellation, and were able To get me in). Crew arrived, very friendly and very professional. Took them a few hours to get my gutters cleaned, they were pretty badly blocked. They put a few nails in where the gutter was seperated from the facia, and got them back in good condition again. Will definitely use him again.
