After the major hail damage from may 10, 2023, Steadfast Builders came to our rescue. The first contractor ended up ghosting us after meeting with me and our insurance carrier. Brian came to our rescue. He personally inspected our roof and negotiated with our insurance company to cover the whole roof - how, he put together a document with pictures, and best practices, etc. and presented it to our adjuster. Our carrier changed their scope and approved the whole roof. Brian also arranged to replace all our gutters and downspouts, and the gable. We were very pleased with the results, including the clean-up. With 3 dogs, we were worried about nails. But, Steadfast used magnets to find the nails and we have yet to find any. Steadfast also arranged for a window company to replace our damaged windows and a painting company to repair our porch, balcony, and fence. Throughout, Steadfast stayed in touch with us, maintained communication, and inspected the work during and after. We have absolutely no complaints and without hesitation, highly recommend Steadfast Builders.

Jim & his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof & repairing additional damage around the house that resulted from a bad hail storm this past summer. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they were giving us fair & accurate estimates, even after their first estimates came in lower than expected. He was very attentive & patient with our concerns, as we were in the process of getting our home ready to sell when the damage first took place. Very personable & was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Gunnar was great to work with. He helped us with communicating with our insurance company, checked in frequently, and came by to make sure all was cleaned up. The roofers were on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. We had a great experience with Steadfast and would use them again.

Steadfast Builders did a very professional job on my home. Hail storm hit us hard and we needed a roof, gutters, paint, fence post and stain. Jim and his guys do it all and did a professional job! From start to finish they went over and above to make sure my home was safe from the elements and finished quickly. I am very pleased with the job performed by Steadfast Builders in
replacing our roof after a hail and windstorm came through the area. We
were out of town when the storm hit so we were unfamiliar with the details
of the incident. The company representative, Sergio Hernandez, took care
of contacting our insurance company with me. He provided the necessary
information to the insurance claim representative. Sergio was at the
house to meet with the adjuster, which took several trips as the adjuster
missing the appointments, to make sure all damage was documented. Sergio
is full of life and a real pleasure to be around. His attitude is
contagious.

In the 44 years of homeownership and replacing our roof several times, I have to say Steadfast Builders has been the best. They replaced our roof several weeks ago due to hail damage from a storm back in July. Sergio Hernandez, the sales rep., was with me every step of the way and what ever issue or question came up, it was dealt with immediately. Wonderful company!! One of the easiest experiences we have had with a contracting company. Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with. Mr. Joey was the nicest guy to work with and mad e the whole process so smooth. Roofers were done in less than two days and cleaned everything up when done. Great job

It's rare to find a contractor at the quality and customer service level of Steadfast Builders. I've had roofs installed on previous homes and was never completely satisfied. Steadfast just installed a new roof for me and exceeded my expectations. They showed up and finished the job on time and did a great job of cleaning up after the install. I highly recommend them!

They showed up on time, completed the work on the schedule they promised and cleaned up the site afterward. Not much more you can ask for and expect in a Re-roof. Would definitely recommend.

Jim and his team are truly amazing! They replaced our roof after a hail storm. Jim went to bat with our insurance company when they tried to short change us and got them to issue the correct amount for the damage the storm caused. His team then promptly replaced our roof, they cleaned up the job site completely and Jim followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this locally owned company.
