We had roof damage from recent storm in high point and called state wide roofing specialist Terry and Bryan replaced the entire roof with top quality materials and left the property spotless. Highly recommend their residential roofing service .

Brian came out here to my house very promptly. I had a bad leak in my garage. He fixed it for me at a fair price. Look forward to doing business in the future.

Do not use this company! Contracted them for a new roof. They neglected to take down chimneys on their first attempt. Had to return to finish the project. Left all chimney debris in the yard. Said they would get it. Never did. Paid them but was never given a receipt for payment. Now the new roof leaks and can’t get them to respond to calls or emails. I will have to take legal action

Brian came out and inspected my roof we found out we had a leak around the solar panels we had hail damage we get a new roof thru our insurance will recommend to friends and family

Brian did a very good job of getting my roof replaced thru the insurance all I had to pay was the deductible they got me on the schedule for the same week it was approved had my roof completed the same day very clean job very professional and efficient

Brian came to my house Aug 8th, I thought he was from my Insurance co.so I trusted him, because he knew
I needed a roof my commerical building. He left and did not give me a copy of the contract and my warranty. They left my roof a complete mess. Places with no shingles in places just bare wood. Shingles that were not put down correctly. I Called Brian for 2 months he promised to come back out, never did, stopped taking my calls. I finally called Terry and threatened a law suite, he said why don't you take that money and fix your roof. They finally came back out, and worked on the roof, but roof was still not right. They left bare wood spots, put new shingles over rotton wood. It's costing me now to have shingles pulled up put down new wood and replaced the shingles.i still don't have a contract or warrenty. Im getting and estimate to fix the area that had rotton wood
I'll send it to you, you can either pay for it, or you can pay it plus attorney fees.
I have not recieveda contract, it's been over a week sence you said it was mailed.

Please do not use this company for roofing!!!! We had a new roof put on by Terry in the spring of 2018. From the beginning, the shingles fell off and continued to long after the job was done. Shortly after, our home began to leak in several different places, and it just kept getting worse. When another roofer pulled up a portion of the roof done by Terry, there was nothing in between it was a GIANT HOLE with shingles patched over it. Not once did this man address any issues, which he assured us he would before putting shingles on. No underlay of any kind is there 6 years, and I need to get a new roof because it wasn't done properly the first time. When I called for warranty paperwork, he refused to give it to me. This roof is supposed to last 30 years it didn't get past one. We have had to spend thousands trying to figure out and fix the bad job this company has done. It's been a nightmare ever since.

I have felt cheated by this company, and with poor customer service. They gave me a quote which I paid and it says it has a guarantee. A month later I had problems and they have gone to repair it up to 3 times and the problem is still there. I have called another company. They have not returned my money and have not been able to provide a solution.
I will see with my lawyers what I can do. The call I made to the person who did the work for me will be kept for my trial.

I paid you your money and told you not to come back as a simple way of saying "thanks for nothing I am moving on with my life". Out of courtesy I did not leave an explaination. It was easier to take it on the chin and let it go, however you decided to comment and what you have stated is not the whole truth and you know it. This isn't a case of nitpicking every minor impection. It was done wrong. You will hide behind your quote and win everytime. I am a drop in the bucket to your business' bottom line. I am well aware that 1 bad review will NOT hurt you, which is why its odd that you would bother to comment back.

The first quote was done by your estimator, who was on some form of drugs. Probably just cannabis, which I don't care about, however he WAS NOT COHERENT, was stumbling and reeked of weed. He did not understand a word I said. I was told "he was having a rough time in life" and grieving over the death of his Daughter. So basically you told me that you were aware he was like that. I wish him well, but he shouldn't be working, let alone operating a vehicle on the road that impaired. He was VERY impaired. I gave you a second chance and you spoke to me for a long time, which I appreciated. I trusted that you would do what I asked. I was aware that only 20 or so feet of fascia were completly rotted out, however I made it clear I wanted ALL of it changed. If I was paying you to replace ALL of the gutters I wanted ALL of the fascia replaced as well. I MADE THAT CLEAR MULTIPLE TIMES. I questioned your quote and thought it was wrong, however because of our chat I let it go assuming the best outcome. I have never used a contractor before and do my own work, so I am a bit uneducated in the quoting process. I did think the length of fascia was wrong, but after 3 seperate quotes and lenthy conversations I thought you were aware of what I wanted.

You offered two crews. You literally called one crew "The Hispanics" and told me they were quick and hardworking, which I didn't doubt. You offered another guy who you claimed was slow and sometimes showed up late, but took his time and did excellent work. I told you MULTIPLE times I didn't care if it took a week or two weeks as long as it was done WELL. You kept insisting on the fast crew. Sure enough I leave for work and the fast crew arrived. I come home from work and its "done" with only 20 feet of board replaced and not painted. The fascia that was not replaced will need to be within a few years. The gutter fell off of the house because of ROTTED FASCIA, so thats why I wanted it all to be NEW when I had you put on gutter and gaurds. I send an email with proof and pictures and get an aggressive email back with you defending your quote and other nonsense. I shouldn't have to yell and scream for you to quote and do what I wanted, especially after the first guy you sent out. I am not getting into a heated EGO battle with you, and my girlfriend specifically wanted me not to engage in that.
Not only was there a mess left all over my yard, bits of shingles. TONS of nails in the lawn that I still find and hit with my lawn mower, pieces of wood hanging from my trees. The back of my porch (shingles) was damaged on the edge and now sprays rain all over my siding, that was NOT like that before. The fact that bits of shingle were all over the ground proved that. Also, one of the gutters leaks behind and directly down the house. Now, I could have bothered you about all that and even renegotiated paying you MORE to do what I actually wanted in the first place, but honestly you lost my trust 100% that I didn't even care about the money anymore. You got your money and are FIRED and will never get a call or referral from me again.

I do not leave many reviews outside of food and you can look that up yourself. Most are positive. The few that solicited negative ones and an actual verbal response involve large purchases and DISHONESTY / being scammed. This is in the past now. I just hope you are more forthcoming in communication in the future with your customers. Good luck.

I had some issues with the communication from the front office and actually getting someone out to do a repair, but once Steven came out, he did a fantastic job. He took care of my problem, found and repaired another few issues for me real quick and the whole process beyond that was seamless.

Owner was very proactive in addressing our roof issue. Has not rained since it was sealed so I'll edit the review once I know the leak has been fixed......it has now rained for several days after the repair and have not found any leaks....Thank you!!

I called them because I had a leak on my roof. Due to some miscommunication, they accidentally missed my appointment. Terry contacted me and he made things right. Terry is very professional and does good work. I would call them again!

He replaced 2 different roofs for me because of this bad weather event - even though it meant extra work with scheduling but he managed everything on time. Statewide Roofing Specialist made sure that we were taken care of during a time when our home was damaged by hailstorms. The company arranged for repairs to both roofs and rain gutters, always keeping us updated on their schedule so there wasn't any surprises later down the road! We'll be using them again in future if necessary

Timely and quick response for an inspection. Came out, identified my roofing leak issue and fixed it right on the spot at a good price. He also got on the roof and actually checked the issue, compared to others who only took a glance from my deck. He cleaned my clogged gutter at no additional cost as well. Great service.
