Premier Source Roofing came to inspect my roof after a storm. I had a shingle missing that I was unaware of. The guys put the shingle back on and let me know I had no further damage. They did not pressure me into getting work done that I didn't need. Excellent group ! I will call Premier Source Roofing when ever I need roof service.

Outstanding! The owner, Eric Hartsell, noticed the damage to my roof while replacing my neighbor's roof. I had defective shingles, which had been the subject of a class action suit and had been discontinued, although the manufacturer wasn't required to inform any customers (Horizon shingles, by Certainteed). Eric knew about the issue and worked with my insurance to get the entire roof replaced. He was entirely professional, and answered my many questions while making sure his crew did a great job. Couldn't have asked for a better result. I would recommend Premier Source Roofing to anyone.

Very good service overall. Extremely professional and really helped through the entire process. Worked with both me and the insurance company to make sure that I was taken care of appropriately. Worked very hard to make sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Great at explaining all of the details since I am not familiar with the roofing world and made sure I always understood what was going on. Would call them again if I had any other issues.

Eric was super easy to work with and came through in the clutch when my mom needed help with her leaking roof. Communication was probably the strongest/best part of the process. He also came out to meet with the adjuster to make sure we were getting everything corrected that we needed and that nothing was overlooked. He’ll be helping us out with my grandmother’s roof next. I’d def recommend Premier Source to anyone who wants quick results and quality work they can trust.

Prompt and professional, did not attempt to upsell or make promises they couldn’t keep, definitely a professionally run organization. Were able to have someone out to tarp a hole in the roof ASAP, a must when water damage can quadruple the cost of repairs. This is my recommended roofing company when asked by others, have used 2 separate occasions for repairs.

Eric & Premier Source Roofing, have replaced roofs on 8 of my apartment buildings, my office building, and several of my rent houses. They inspect the roofs thoroughly, and have found damages I had not seen on several of the buildings. Eric contacted and met with the insurance adjuster for me and ended up getting insurance to cover all, or part, of the costs for several of the new roofs. Eric is definitely quick to respond when there is an emergency. Also, he and his crew respond very timely to a complete roofing job. His estimates are certainly within our budget. He has done 3 roofs for us and 2 repair jobs. He will certainly be our "go to guy" for future jobs.

This company has worked on 3 of my houses and all the roofs look beautiful. They were fast and very neat. I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend them. My project was a bit different the roof is fairly new BUT not well done the rubber seams had to be redone correctly and the flashing around the fire place chimney was already leaking now all is fixed and we are very thankful. Great customer service.

Would recommend these guys! They were there when they said they would be and gave a free estimate. When I called them to do the work, they came out the same day and did it!

Eric and his team repaired my roof. He was there to give me a quote in less than an hour after I called. I had called several companies first thing in morning, others didn't answer phone or got voice mail. Eric answered right away. They were on time to work, professional, courteous, completed on time. I would highly recommend this company. Quality workmanship.

Eric was fantastic. Was at my home within 30 minutes of my calling his company. Assessed the problem did not try to have me get unnecessary work on my roof done or try to push a new roof on me. Told me everything that I needed to watch for in the future which I really appreciated being a new home owner.
He had the repair done and gave me a great discount for his work.
