I reached out to Joe last winter and he did a great job estimating costs for our roof and then worked around our schedule for the estimate in the spring, all around great guy, he was very upfront with us on costs and the work he was performing. We will definitely be using him in the future for any work on our house and will be recommending him to anyone needing cleaning done!

Probably the most responsive and communicative contractor in Juneau. This company checked-in every week prior to service and actually showed up when they said they would - a true Juneau rarity. Not only that, but they offer a great service and were extremely reasonably priced. I only had them wash my siding/house but they offer other services (gutter cleaning, roof work, etc.) and, should I need any of them, they are first on my list. They washed my house in about 1/10 of the time it would have taken me and they did it for about 1/2 of what if figure I’d have to shell out. If you need your siding washed definitely give Starlite a call.

Starlite did a great job cleaning our metal roof. He was quick to reply to my first contact, provided a thorough first inspection and explanation of what was possible, and followed up with a detailed quote. He kept in touch as we waited for an appropriate weather window to do the job. Promptly showed up and did a professionally thorough job.

Joe was super responsive and prompt, which is very rare in Juneau!! Our house had years and years of built up mildew on the siding and Joe tackled it quickly and efficiently. It looks almost new now!! He was also super knowledgeable about the roof moss situation we have going on and took the time to answer my questions and talk about possible solutions.
