While we did not have the work done on our garage (split with another unit owner who backed out wanting to do any work), I found Mike to be helpful and kind when he came out for the estimate. It was also the best offer we got. I know I'll be keeping them in mind for any future needs.

Stanley Exteriors is great and working with Jeremy has been a pleasure. We used Stanley to replace our roof after hail damage and added on some work to replace old fascia last year. We then used Stanley Exteriors to replace all the gutters around the house this year and to add extra downspouts to redirect water flow. Both times, Jeremy was extremely easy to communicate with and always came in at a reasonable price (both times we had other companies come in to provide quotes). Furthermore, the teams that did the work were extremely professional, on time, and respectful of our property (as an example, they went through the yard with a magnet to make sure there weren't loose nails that may hurt our dog). The work they did was also high quality. What I appreciated the most about Jeremy was his honesty and he did not try to up sell. Instead, he was honest with me on what work I should consider and more importantly, what work was not necessary (despite what other companies said I needed). Shane worked with us from the very beginning to instruct us in what Stanley could do, and how best to navigate the process of working with our insurance carrier to maximize the scope and quality of the covered repairs. At every phase of the work, which included multiple visits by the claims adjusters, Shane and Jeremy provided expert advice and were able to ultimately provide us with the highest quality of repairs. They met with the adjusters and explained every line item in the list of covered repairs in a completely transparent manner. Our house, inside and out, looks fantastic, and the materials they used improved on the original work due to their diligence and professionalism. The work was done professionally, and Shane and Jeremy were always available to answer any questions I had along the way. My family used Stanley Exteriors to completely replace our badly deteriorating roof. We worked with Shane and highly recommend him. He came promptly, patiently explained all of our choices and was very clear about the costs. He worked with our insurance company and took care of all the details so that we were properly reimbursed. Throughout the whole process, he was available for any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

The crew came when scheduled, worked hard and completed the job on time. Shane had some ideas to improve the heat flow in the attic/upstairs. This past winter our Garage collapsed and we were completely unaware of what to do next. Let me just say, Stanley's Exteriors to the rescue. Chris came by to talk to us and break down the entire scope of work, Letting us know everything was going to be taken care of by them (demo, new slab, structure, and electrical) we didn't have to worry about a thing! Jeremy took point afterwards and was fantastic. Keeping us informed every step of the way, answering all our questions, and returning our phone calls and emails no matter the time we reached out for contact. Every step of the way was done clean, efficient, and all crew members were extremely professional. My wife and I used Stanley extensively for the past year to perform about 30k worth of repairs on our house after a devastating hailstorm hit our house last spring. Jeremy has been a pleasure to work with the entire time. He has been attentive to all of our needs, easy to get in contact with, and the work itself has been consistently solid. We were admittedly wary at first after the storm as we got a non-stop stream of contractors hoping to work on our place. We picked Jeremy out of the lineup as he was the only one that actually took time to educate us on the damage the storm had done. We are lucky that we did. I literally hadn’t seen any of the issues that he pointed out and had actually been on the verge of not hiring anyone thinking that we really didn’t have much damage!

Jeremy suggested that he join us on the call with the insurance agent, which admittedly sounded weird to me. Once again though, this ended up being great. Jeremy was able to answer their questions about the damage much better than I could have, and later actually came out and walked around with the insurance adjuster and helped to point out things that they had actually missed! He was completely respectful and tactful when doing so, which I also appreciated.

In the end, Jeremy was able to complete all the work we needed. It feels like our house got a complete make-over. One of Jeremy’s crew even noticed that our garage wasn’t properly wrapped when they went to fix some of the siding, and Jeremy walked me through the request we put into our insurance company to rectify it. This ended up being another 5k we got from insurance and allowed us to completely redo all the siding on the garage. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them whether you have a few things to fix up or a heap of issues like we did. Great outfit. Thanks Jeremy!

Rediculous. Simply rediculous. After gutters were installed, ice build up on the roof started to pile up to the point of taking over electrical lines just outside.
After speaking with Jeremy, he denied sny wrongdoing and instead told us that this is not his fault. It’s nature’s fault. Ice dams.
After getting another estimate, contractor have concluded that the angle gutters were installed weren’t proper.
Jeremy’s response was: “not our fault. Return the money you owe us or we put you on collections”.

Very disappointed in this company that came highly recommended to me via FB group of handyman services. I called and scheduled an appointment for estimates on replacing gutters fascia and soffit. Upon doing so and receiving the estimate which I thought was alittle steep I agreed to let Stanley Exteriors do the work for me. Much to my surprise after getting the new installation of gutters, fascia and soffit. I had someone out since to look at my roof which i was told much of my shingles were damaged when I had the new gutters installed. When calling.and sending notification to Stanley Exteriors I was informed by the owner Jeremy that it was not any fault of their own. However, even after sending pictures of the damages he agreed to meet me to take a look on June 12, 2020. I was working late and needed to cancel and reschedule the appointment and as of today I haven't heard from the owner or Stanley Exteriors to make things right especially given the amount of money I spent only for the work I paid for to be incomplete and not guaranteed. I wish I could have had a more positive experience as the ones I reviewed prior to hiring this company. I feel taken advantage of and I don't feel that I should have to hunt the owner nor this company down to make things right..I did my part in paying for the work and if damage was done in the process by the workers or if I had brittle shingles prior to start, I should have been notified. Not months later when discovered by another contractor which asked me who did this work along with my personal insurance adjuster. I suggest for all to do your research and make sure someone is there viewing at the beginning and at the end of the work to make sure what was to be done is completed in good quality and you were given exactly what you were suppose to be getting for your money.

We had Stanley out to replace 15 of our windows. Start to finish, all employees were fantastic and easy to work with! Our salesman, John Cooper, was great! Job was completed quicker than we expected and will definitely use them in the future!

I had hail damage and Jeremy Robins came out for a free estimate. He worked with my insurance to replace my roof and siding. It went so well I had them also replace my windows and fascia. Jeremy always called to let me know what was happening and I would recommend them.

We had some weather damage and found them online. Jeremy was fantastic. From estimate to completion, quick, courteous, clean, and made the whole job as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

I was recently looking for someone to build a detached garage. I called about 5 or 6 different people and started getting quotes. Most of them didnt listen to me about what I was looking and gave me quote and drove up the prices stating codes and things that I later figured out I didnt need.

Then I met Marty from Stanley exteriors. He listened to what I had to say and got me the best price I had recieved out of 6 quotes and he explained the codes specific to my city and didnt add things that were not needed. (This is how I found out the other guys were full of it) Marty was also the only one quote I got I writing all the other guys just told me a price

All of contractor told me I wouldn't be able to get the garage done until spring, Marty said we might be able too just depends on weather and how fast they get permits. No promises but a chance!!

They got permit paperwork turned in within a week and we had permits within another week.

Before I knew it the first crew was out there preparing the ground for concrete and a few days later I came to house and I had a concrete pad. A few weeks passed to let concrete set properly, and they built the entire garage in one day, no prefabricated walls or anything. All from a pile of lumber siding and roofing. Next day electrician came and just like that the garage was done.

We didn't have a bjg job which wasn't attractive to most companies... We were getting very high bids for one window and onedoor ... Stanley came out and did them for a very fair price and they were in and out in like an hour. I would use them again.Jeremy was great and was friendly .

I filed a claim for wind and hail damage on my own. I had State Farm and the adjuster came out. He approved me for a partial repair and left a lot of things off of the claim. I found out about Jeremy from a neighbor and he was able to get State Farm to come back out and the adjuster came with a bad attitude Jeremy was able to smooth him over and get him to admit that the roof had to be replaced and he did just. Overall I am happy with the final outcome and everything went smoothly. I felt like he went out of the way and went above and beyond. I would use them again.

We had hail damage! Jeremy came over and handled everything. He called the insurance company. He talked me through all that was going to happen. He was easy to reach. Even when my house sold during the time when work was still needed to be done. He kept me calm and everything was taken care in time for the closing. Excellent company! I am very happy with the end result of my house. It looks like a new home. Jeremy helped me with the insurance claim process and got me approved for full replacement of my roof, siding, fascia, trim, window wraps, and gutters. I Have gotten compliments from my neighbors and i would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling. I contacted Stanley Exteriors after I saw them recommended on Homeadvisor.com Jeremy came out the next day for a bid for a new garage. He was very thorough in explaining the process and timeline. This garage was for a summer home and it was important that the job could be done within a certain window for I would be returning to my permanent residence in CA. I got several bids from different companies and I was most impressed by Stanley Exteriors. Stanley Exteriors also assisted with getting financing that was very reasonable. All permits were pulled correctly and the garage was complete in less than a month from signing finance paperwork. The garage itself was built in a few days after concrete was poured. The workers were very good at cleaning the area when it was complete. I now have a great garage to keep my toys! I am 100% satisfied with their communication and process and would highly recommend them for your projects.

I called Stanley exteriors when my roof started leaking . They were able to come out the same day and they put a tarp on my roof. They completed the roof in one day and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I would definetly use them again!

I needed to replace my 60+ year old asphalt shingle siding with new vinyl siding and found Stanley Exteriors on yelp. I worked directly with the owner Jerimiah (he also goes by Jeremy) and he made the process as seamless as possible for me. He was able to accommodate meeting me after work and took the time to walk my property and show me everything they would be addressing. He showed me various samples and color options and we executed a reasonable contract shortly after. He scheduled his team to come out the following week and they were all very polite and professional. The work was completed over a 3 day period and I feel they did an excellent job and left my property very clean. The entire time Jeremy or someone from his company would update me which I really appreciated. They offer A+ customer service and a great product, I would highly recommend them.

Thanks Bill Petermeyer and the staff of Stanley Exteriors. You guys were great. Your company had contacted me in the past to see if I needed work done for windows, or gutters and I didn't. However, in late February on Sunday morning the weight of the icicles and snow from the past few weeks had torn the whole gutter system on one side of my house down. The following Monday, I called a company that repaired gutters to give me a and as fate would have it Stanley called on Tuesday to see if I was ready to have them come out and give a quote on anything. To make a long story short, I allowed them to come out and they gave me a better price. We signed a contract and began the work the next few days (as the weather allowed). They completed the job in one day and did an excellent job and it looks great. I will be calling them in the near future to fix/replace my garage gutters. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and timeliness.
