Without them, our insurance company would have denied us ten times over, but Joanna went the extra mile to get it done. In May of 2023 we had a storm that ripped off a large portion of our roof. We contacted Iron Guys Roofing LLC and they came out and covered the roof until the insurance approved the claim. Once the claim was approved, Iron Guys Roofing LLC came out and replaced the roof. The roofers were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up all debris. I would recommend Iron Guys Roofing LLC for anyone looking to replace their roof. Excellent company to do business with.

After the 4/4/23 Hail Storm that affected so many in Northern IL, we were bombarded by "Storm chasers" almost hourly at our door. Iron Guys Roofing came highly recommended to us, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Right away, we hit it off with Brandon and Joanna and felt comfortable with them. Our new roof looks beautiful and I can't say enough about the clean up job their crew did once completed. I wouldn't use any other company in the future but them! Hired Branden and Johanna because they were recommended from a family friend but it was a big mistake! They do everything to get your roof approved through your insurance (praying to God included). They maximize their profit by using cheap material and labor. Their subcontractors who barely speak English, left garbage (Walmart plastic bag with dixie cups and food wrappers, paint rollers and an aerosol can) which once it rained hard clogged my downspout flooding my flat roof and causing interior damage in the thousands of dollars (new drywall, ceiling, carpet, furniture - soaked and ruined). Iron Guys Roofing did not accept any culpability claiming it was my siding to avoid any liability and payment. Once Branden removed the garbage, no more water came in. My siding is fine. It was poor supervision of their subcontractors, failing to inspect their work and accepting responsibility. Further, they damaged my outside iron railing when setting up their ladders and never fixed. I am not sure if they are insured, when my association asked, the copy they provided came back as non-existent. Lastly, know that Iron Guys Roofing pays for positive customer reviews. It was a sad, stressful and rough experience. I do not want anyone else to have to go through.

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job. Mr. Ward and Joanna went out of their way to make sure that we knew everything we needed to know to make the right choices.

Brandon and Joanna of Iron Guys Roofing absolutely represent themselves and the company as a first class team and business. Their professionalism and attention to detail from communication with my wife and me, reporting the claim, working with the insurance company and adjuster(s), and his team of installers was impeccable. Brandon is honest and true to his word. I had major issues with my insurance company from the start. Brandon looked me in the eye and said, "I will be here until we get you a new roof, because you need one." Joanna even BLESSED our house. It took one year to complete because of my insurance company. Yet, Irons Guys completed the entire repair job in two weeks- ordering supplies, permit, etc... upon insurance approval. Now we have the most beautiful roof on the block and new gutters. Brandon also referred an exceptional interior contractor for my drywall that did a wonderful job. THANK YOU!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Branden and the team at Iron Guys Roofing. When I first met Branden and explained the issues I was having with my roof he was able to identify significant wind damage to multiple areas. He advised that I submit a claim which was something I had never done before. Without this claim and the work he identified I would not have a new roof today. Branden was great and his team did everything they could to get my roof on as quickly as possible. Branden really had my best interests in mind with everything he did. The problem was my insurance. My insurance claim took over 6 months. We had three different field adjusters on this claim and two different claim reps. It was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with but Branden kept me motivated and kept on them. Branden never complained about coming out to the property to take more measurements and pictures even though the insurance already had received all of the information. He always kept me in the know of what was happening which was the complete opposite of my insurance company. I again, can’t say enough how great Branden was during this entire process and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof.

It was a pleasure to do business with Brandon from Iron Guys Roofing. He replaced my old 3-tab roof with beautiful Owens Corning Amber. He is a hands on owner, he was there every day checking on his workers make sure everything is going well and Joanna from the office kept us informed during the whole process. Highly recommend them, great company to work with.

My experience with IGR roofing was excellent. Joanna , the representative I worked with, was very professional, informative and was always available if I had any questions or needed anything they got my insurance company to pay for the entire roof and the job was completed in one day. Our initial meeting with Joanna and Brandon was very informative. They did a complete inspection of our home and garage roof. Our home had been hit hard by a storm back in August and we had visible damage. Joanna was extremely helpful with the insurance process. She kept my wife and I fully informed during the entire process. During the teardown and installation of the new roof, the team that came to do the job arrived at our home on time and took extreme care to insure there was minimal damage to our landscape and completely cleaned up after the job. The work was fast and professional. I can’t thank IGR enough for the great job they did, the roof on both the house and Garage looks great. I have recommended them to my family and friends and am very confident they will be as happy as we are with any service they provide

Brandon worked really hard with my insurance to get me approved shortly after I had a brand new roof very professional work and the craftsmanship.

We had our roof replaced last summer and everything seemed to go smoothly at the time. Brandon was always helpful and the project was completed quickly. IGR was paid in full by our insurance company. However, we later found out that a lien was placed on our home in December by the supply company--they report that IGR never paid them for supplies. It is now August and this is still not resolved.

IGR is a professional company that does amazing work! Will was curiosity, organization and helpful thru all the steps of the process! Would recommend them to my family and friends!

Non professional all the way around. It has been since June & no roof. The insurance check was picked up & still no roof. Brandon makes excuses every time I call - still no permit was pulled at our village. I'm the one calling them for updates instead of them calling me. Violet promised materials would be delivered 2 weeks ago. Now Brandon text to say he gave his project manager (Oscar) things 2 weeks ago. Don't do business with this company!!

Update: Brandon called 8/9/19 & apologized. Just like he did in his text. Said he wanted to make things right or he is willing to return my insurance check - I'm open to that. (2 stars)
Custmer Satisfaction is non-negotiable. My updated review will come after project is completed not before and as long as all work is guaranteed & done with excellent workmanship as promised. Must be a win/win for both parties for higher rating.

New update - Brandon’s guys got the roof done. There is an area in the front that never got address but overall once it was done it was good. I hope the warranty on the work is something they will honor. A roof is an investment in the safety of ones home. No short cuts & only the best for my family & I.
