Absolutely terrible work, shady construction practices, and disrespectful workers. On top of leaving debris everywhere and nails causing flat tires , take a look at the inspection report of their work. These are just a few of MANY mistakes and poor work. Please take note of the fake reviews as well, all from investors and bribed reviews

AS a decades long REALTO involved in residential and commercial real esate in Du Page and Kane County, I have long advised to be very, very careful when considering a roofing contractor. For thosereading this ...BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN CONSIDERING CSR ROOFING. They talk a big game and thats it. They were hired by my condo association in downtown Wheaton. The job was completed nearly a month later, inconviencing multil resident on a daiky basis. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

Our HOA sent an employee from this company to check on a leak that we thought might have been a result of their recent roof work. The employee spent less than a minute here determining that the issue was an HVAC problem and not their work which was fine, however we then learned we were billed FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS for the minute that the inspection took. Just wanted to post this on here so that any future customers know what kind of company and potential charges they might be dealing with.

This is the last company I would call for a roof. Without notice from them or my management company my AC unit has been fully disconnected for the past 2 weeks. Calling the hot line I spoke to an extremely rude representative who was not helpful at all. No time frame for work completion and the contractors leave early every day.

I am a property manager of two commercial properties in the northwest suburbs and have contracted with CSR for complete roof replacements as well as repair work and maintenance. They have always provided me with excellent service and workmanship. They come when they are scheduled and work in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.
