We have specialty stone in our home. We called Stanford Restoration to clean it and WOW! The floors look awesome! They also cleaned our sofa. I highly recommend Stanford Cleaning!
The office team, Kelly and Alexis were able to fit us in the schedule quickly and the techs got everything done in one day.

My friend’s tile and grout were disgusting, Stanford Restoration came out and did all the tile and grout cleaning throughout the home. We are amazed at how good it looks! Great job Stanford Restoration! Kelly and Alexis were so easy to work with to get this done.

We had a flood and our kitchen got damaged as a result. Stanford Restoration came out immediately, cleaned up the mess then fixed all the damage to my kitchen. The whole crew from the techs to Kelly in the office made a bad situation bearable and I’m in love with my new kitchen. I will definitely use Stanford Restorarion again

Standford Restoration restored my condo after major water damage ($80,000 total project cost over multiple vendors). The quality of work was excellent. They did keep in communication with me at all times The process was complicated because of myself being in New York and the work on the condo in St. Augustine, Florida. There is also always the issue of three organuzations coordinating (insurance, contractor and owner) which makes for a longer schedule. No ones fault, it is just the process.
I would definitly use Stanford Restoration again.

Stanford Restoration is incredible! When light mold began appearing on a guest bathroom ceiling, we called them and set an appointment. When they arrived, they quickly entered the attic, and within minutes, diagnosed the problem as a ventilation issue with the bathroom fan. They also confirmed there was no mold anywhere else, and advised that we should route the fan outlet to vent outside instead of directly into the attic, a solution I can implement myself.

They advised that after routing the vent outside, we can just clean the ceiling, paint it with Kilz, and repaint. The best part is, they diagnosed the problem, gave me a solution, and didn't even charge us for it! I would highly recommend calling them for any of your restoration or mold mitigation needs!

Chuck and his team is great. They have helped us two times and both times went above and beyond for us.

Service men were or time, polite and professional. They did a very diligent job of cleaning my white sofa. It came out GREAT!

Beyond amazing. Called on a Sunday for an emergency and they were here within an hour. Took care of the emergency and were calling to let me know they were on the way at 9:00 the next morning.looked at what was wrong, made sure the roof was tarped, then cleaned up the bathroom and made sure that all the mold and any damage was gone. Treated us like friends and family. Recommend them 1000%. Price was also great. Will use again if I have any other damage.

Stanford Restoration restored our home after a slab leak caused extensive water damage. They were here in less than an hour to remove the water and dry our home's structure. They worked with our insurance company to ensure all aspects of the damage was covered. We couldn't be more pleased!

Lied about being a homeowner in a gated community in order to gain entrance (instead of simply & professionally using a code that a homeowner/client would provide him) and then threatened to “ram” his truck into others in order to gain access. Unprofessional, rude, aggressive, quick to anger, would not recommend giving this man any business.

We needed help putting up storm window coverings before Hurricane Ian. Stafford Restoration was very responsive and got to us quickly. As new Floridians we didn’t know what to expect from a hurricane. The guys were on time, charged a fair price, knowledgeable and gave us suggestions for our home. I would use them again.

Stanford Restoration was amazing, thoughtful, thorough at the whole house cleaning after a chemical accident in our home. They cleaned room by room, cleaned collectables and paintings, rugs and walls. They were very thorough and responsible. And all the employees were respectful and considerate. We had Stanford Restoration come to our rental property in St. Augustine earlier this week to clean our tile and vinyl flooring. The rental was used by smokers for numerous years leaving a horrible stench throughout the house. A very nice young man by the name of Harley did the floor cleaning. It took the better part of the day to get every floor cleaned. He did a very conscientious job of cleaning and when finished the floor looked "so good" it looked like new tile. The price of the total cleaning was very reasonable.

I called and asked for them to come out and clean the A/C ducts on an older home I bought in Putnam county knowing the ducts were badly stopped up causing mold around the vents throughout the house and they showed up within 2 days, SHOWED UP ON TIME WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, and were able to clean everything to make it look almost brand new. I was overly impressed with the service and the technician himself was very polite and communicated very well to make sure we were happy! I could go on and on about how easy and amazing this company was to use!

I called Stanford Restoration for a water damage when my ice maker line broke. They had everything dry in 3 days. Once everything was dry they cleaned my carpet, tile and grout. Both look new again! They handled all the paperwork and billed my insurance company! So thankful I found them!

Stanford Restoration completed work on our home for water damage. In the beginning they were timely in tearing the wall apart and drying it out. Once we decided to go through insurance and they had a portion of the money everything went downhill. There was a lack of communication. They showed up without telling us they were coming, then wouldn’t come for weeks at a times. The work took almost A YEAR to replace a small portion of 2 walls. They were unprofessional and completed sloppy work. They were satisfied to complete subpar work until we insisted it was completed correctly on many portions of the project. They were to repair stonework on a planter box. The stone was lined up incorrectly and haphazardly. They corrected it only after we insisted. They had another company complete the stucco work. We told them that it was significantly cracked at the top where it met the old stucco, but they did not correct it or even call the stucco company. Not long after, we had water damage once again and the entire wall needed to be completed all over again, extending the project once again. The stucco pattern did not even come close to matching our existing pattern the first time. It was closer after the stucco was redone. They shot a nail from a nail gun into our TV and broke the screen. They hit a water pipe in our living room and flooded the living room. They left cigarette butts in our lawn. They were uncooperative with the insurance company in providing the necessary paperwork. We later found out that they did not address all of the water damage and we had to hire another contractor to complete the other portion of the work without insurance. The other contractor completed about 1/2 of the amount of work in less than 1 week when it took Stanford a year to complete what they did. The owner was very rude to my wife and myself. He often ignored our calls and would not call back. He said to me “you expect perfection”. We expected the work to be done correctly. I would not recommend Stanford Restoration to anyone.

Stanford Restoration helped us with our water damage, mold clean up. They drove to Jacksonville to be present during my inspection with my insurance company’s appraiser to ensure I was taken care of. Perry provided excellent customer service and gave me a curtesy call a month after services were completed just to make sure everything was still okay. I highly recommend Stanford Restoration.
