My roof leaked and I called Stallion Roofing because they warrantied their work. I called for weeks without answer. When I got my realtor involved. I showed up there to confront them face to face. I finally got a call back. At first I was told that the warranty only covered the patch work. Then I was told that it would cost $200 to repair the roof. Then I was told that the whole roof was covered by the warranty at no cost. It has been week since they agreed to repair my roof and yet no one has come. Last night my kitchen ceiling fell in because the roof leaked from the rain. Had they just come and repaired the roof when they promised to this would not have happened. Now I need the roof repaired, the water damage repaired, the kitchen cleaned, the ceiling repaired, and the attic re-insulated. I don't know what damage the rain has done to my appliances because I cannot get to them. This is my first home, and I worked hard to purchase and maintain it. My home is not livable. Why offer a warranty to if you are not going to honor it? This is a nightmare!!! ONE star.
Update: They came to my house after I sent them the pictures. They got to work right away, cleaned the mess and repaired the roof. They will be back tomorrow to finish up, I will post more pictures as things get back on track. Although things got off to a horrible start, they are making it up to me fast. I added TWO more stars this evening because the father son team have made a great start and they are really courteous. I want to add another star in the end if it keeps going well I will.
