S&S was wonderful to deal with at a very stressful time. Christian was extremely helpful from the start. He arrived at my home quickly to survey the need for repair, and was quick to communicate the process going forward. Gloria also communicated to me all the information that I would need to work with my insurance company and she and Christian worked diligently with my insurance company to get to a very acceptable resolution. They both were easy to reach, and followed up on all my questions and concerns. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. We had water damage in our Kitchen. S&S employees were here right away to access the situation. They Prep the area with plastic to shield my living room from any dust. Cut out any area of concern, cleaned up then they Had fans ready to go and The remediation began. They were back a couple days later to pick up the equipment. They were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. A shout out to Phil. He was great.

We returned from a vacation on a late Saturday afternoon to find a flooded bathtub and shower like water pouring into our basement. We turned off water, called plumber and called S & S. They reacted with speed, empathy and professionalism. From the moment Tyler came into the home Saturday evening to assess the damage and start remediation to the moment Rich, David and Rafael left with everything put back together, the experience was nothing short of impressive! All work to be performed was laid out in a reasonable timeline that was communicated ahead of appointment and met! Tyler, first contact and insurance liaison, Jordan, carpenter, Ben and his painting crew, Alfredo and his carpeting crew and Rich, Dave and Rafael all performed work with respect for property and genuine concern for our happiness.

This company is awesome. I can't think of anything bad to say about them. They saved us this week when our pipes froze and we had no running water. Alec and Anmir worked in below zero temp for a few hours until the pipes were thawed out and they had running water for us. These guys pretty much saved the day and I'm so thankful for them!

Our house was struck by lightning this summer. What we faced was a water pipe that ruptured between the walls as well as the need for smoke mitigation on all levels of our residence. Once we got ahold of Bobby Kofler, he was there within an hour. He immediately brought an electrician over and restored the power. He and his team from S & S restorations repaired the plumbing, replaced all the carpeting, and repainted our entire residence. They did beautiful work and also worked directly with our claims adjuster. I would recommend Bobby, and his crew at S & S without reservation. The office woman, Sue also helped coordinate everything. I recently had Jack come out for an estimate on a foundation crack. During the estimate Jack proved to be one of the most well-spoken, logical, helpful and kind contractors I have ever spoken to.

Not only did Jack provide an estimate for the crack, but he also diagnosed possible problems that were associated with the main issue and suggested those fixes first.

Jack also was kind enough to point out a few other things around the house that could be helpful in preventing issues like this in the future.

We found mold in our back storage room as a result of no insulation behind the wall and severe cold temps over the winter. I called S&S and they were able come to the house quickly, analyze the problem and present a plan for remediation. Tyler was extremely easy to work with. Called S&S for some repair work on my garage. Jack came out the same day, looked things over, explained their process, and gave me an initial quote, which seemed very reasonable for the required work. I contacted my insurance company, and put them in touch with Jack. From that point he handled all of the negotiations and back-and-forth with the insurance company to insure that the work would be done as we agreed and for the amount we agreed - an absolute time-saver and stress reducer for me.

The S&S Team communication was excellent through the entire process. The work crew showed up on-schedule, completed the work the same day, made sure I was satisfied with the results, and left everything neat and clean. The result was perfect - it's as if there was never any damage.

As the proud owner of a 100 year old cottage, one of most important house updates was the install of a new exterior. I had watched as this company updated several homes on my block last fall. I visited with those neighbors and was told they were very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I called and met with Richard on a couple of occasions to review the scope of work, obtain a large sample of my color choice and to answer my 50 questions. We agreed on scope then met with Chris who performed another detailed walk around and answered all my questions again. Both gentlemen in sync with answers and suggestions.

We then scheduled an installation date for early spring. A deposit was not required until we had a firm install date. Installation day came, all materials delivered per schedule. Construction team was there working early on a sunny but cold day. Completion was managed in a few days, due to unexpected snow. The workers were respectful, very attentive to details and offered a couple of decorative enhancements.

My extended family and neighbors have all commented on the visual exterior changes of my home. I’m no longer the ugly house on road.

No one wants to deal with an insurance claim. Thanks to Perry at S&S, I had minimal interaction dealing with my hail damage claim. Perry’s communication through the entire process from filing to approval was great! Next thing I know, I'm picking out a siding color, and dumpster and materials were delivered shortly thereafter! They completed the tear-off of old and install of new siding on my house (roughly 2100 sq ft of surface area) in about 3 ½ days. The crew was friendly, professional and did an awesome job cleaning up each day and at the end of the job.
