Our Classic Milwaukee Bungalow turns 100 yrs old this June 2025…. We wanted to give our home a 100th birthday present. Having acquired multiple quotes we decided to select S&S Restoration for the project. The crew lead Alex was 3 kinds of awesome.
The quality of the materials used and the attention to detail during the project was exactly what we looking for . We have lived in this home for over 41yrs , raising a family and doing our very best to maintain our
( starter. ) home. S&S Restoration gets a full five stars from us. It was the perfect 100th birthday present for our home.

I first meet with Ryan that surveyed the job, very professional and and explained things very well. Hector did a fantastic job with my drywall finishing, fixing what another contractor messed up, turned out looking perfect. He also had help from Pedro with the painting. We had Sergio and Esmir paint a number of items at our house: all of our outdoor cedar trim including a large pergola, front porch, garage area and arbor. They power washed one day and painted everything the next day. They were fast, accurate and clean. They did a fantastic job prepping and making sure that no paint got where it shouldn’t be. Communication was good and they were undoubtedly meticulous. We would absolutely use S&S again and would specifically request Sergio and Esmir again! I’d rate higher than 5 starts if allowed to.

70+ year old house with plaster walls and ceilings. Had water leaks and cracks in ceilings and walls from too many layers of bad shingles. Had a plaster guy come and patch up the peeling plaster and all the cracks. Needed to repaint the entire interior (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 stairwells and all hallways.

Contacted S&S, their quote was reasonable and we hired them. They said the job would take 2-3 days. And they squeezed us in on short notice because
we had to leave town in about a week and a half.

Getting down to the end of the job and Austin (the excellent painter) found some plaster that was not repaired correctly. Had to stop work and arrange for S&S to send their plaster guy to repair it. Once that was dry Austin came back and finished the job in less than a day.

Austin was very neat and a solid worker. He helped move things out of the way and covered everything while painting around it. We did not like the color in the bathroom and he helped us choose another color in the middle of the job. He got the new paint and we were happy with it.

All in all S&S did a great job for us. We appreciate their working us in on short notice and the care they all took to make sure we were happy with the results. We will keep them in mind when we need to paint the exterior of the house in a few years and would definitely recommend them to others.

My house had nearly 2,500 sq ft of deck that needed a complete restoration and stain. Over the course of 3 days the project was pressure washed, sanded, cleaned, and stained. Now it looks beautiful and we’re able to enjoy the summer.

Another fabulous job done, thanks to Bob, Jr. We started with him staining our deck in 2018. Three years later he repeatedly the process. Two years ago, he and one of his crew painted the interior of our home. Today, he had two of his crew start and complete yet another project, painting the shutters (well overdue to be spruce up). Robert was easy to deal with setting up the staining for jobs. Jordan, was the representative who did the staining of our deck, small porch fence, and the cedar planks on the front of the house.
