Always loved this place. They are always really helpful and professional. As a contractor they’ve made my life so much easier when it comes to material purchase and drop off at job sites.

What I love most is that anytime I have an issue sourcing a material for a job they do all the hunting for you so you can go on with your busy day.

Updating Andrew was not the top guy and I was refunded my roof drop and the main guy went property and refunded because absolutely company could have done roof top delivery, I have ordered again from them to and no problem. The main guy forgot his name but he was on top and corrected everything for me,I called another store and was given who to speak too glad I did very happy treat professional.

Roof top delivery paid for(dropped on ground)refused to refund $150.00 never even called to tell us.Why they dropped on ground instead of roof.very condescending Andrew who refuses to refund said if they would have called, would I have moved the electric line. He does think they should have called but said let's talk about what I customer did wrong and didn't know the electric lines where in the way. Really
Simply they didn't want to do the roof drop the sales guy even googled map the house in front of us at purchase time,its a 60 ft long house with 2 levels of roof,electric line runs across back of house . I have had boom trucks in to remove trees .they could have went down 2 driveway on either side of house or from road.
I hope this changes someone mind,we are a business and this hurt us bad today,I tried to explain we only order to get the roof top delivery or we would have order else where ,saved money. We have trucks dump trailers,so the only need was the roof top delivery. We just signed our business up with them but i will never shop with this company main guy Andrew.( Megan employee first I was talking to her she said they never should have sold me roof top so i said refund she didn't say anything and switched me to hold. so when I called back. I asked for a manager and that was Andrew who answered and said he is the highest I can get in the store and he will not do anything for me. Service horrible
We have used monroe many times great guys at that location.

All your building supplies delivered to job site. I also know the team at this place is known for fallowing all safety protocols and are enforced. Roof top delivery as well.

OMG I would only do any roofing needs with this company, I dealt with Megan Dotson and she was a GEM. My roofing materials came on time and everything worked out perfectly. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my ROOF!!!

Do NOT ever ever use Wimsatt. I had a new roof and all my siding from Wimsatt. Cost several thousand dollars. After all the work was completed I called to see about shutters. Sure come on in I was told. I went in and the salesman told me “shutters are a sore subject” told me to come back in six months. Now I was in no hurry for them so you would think the guy would say there’s a six month back order if you want to order them you’ll have to wait. Nope told me to go away. So I messaged Wimsatt and got a hold of Ben Cornett. Very helpful and apologetic. Told me to contact Al DeChene, Sales Manager. He’s a great person I was told and will take care of me. I called Al. Of course he was busy and I left a message explaining to the person that answered the phone my situation and she said he will call me back. Well l it’s been like three weeks within any kind of response. So again Wimsatt you are pathetic.

My experience has been a very positive one. Working with Caleb and his team that is accommodating and sensitive to our company’s needs. What a concept! Their professionalism shows in management, quality and customer service. Keep up the great work Caleb !! You rock.!

Wimsatt prides themselves with being clean and professional. I deliver shingles here occasionally. They are fairly busy so their unload times are slightly longer then their other locations typically are, but seldom much over one hour. Over all a very nice place to deliver.

Came here to get Trex decking and excellent service. Had the color we wanted and the sales rep took her time walking us through the process to make sure we got it right. So glad we came here.

My husband is a truck driver and had a delivery here for this morning. I must say I'm appalled at the customer service. He had pulled forward to the gate and when grabbing his paperwork was told to turn around as he would be unloaded in the parking lot. Then another worker comes to tell him that he would have to pull around the building but needed to wait. As we were waiting another truck pulled up and they began unloading him even though we had arrived first. There seemed to be a lack of concern; because as a truck driver time is precious, and the fact we were just overlooked ruined the entire experience.

Wimsatt as a company is top shelf. Unmatched, there is no substitute. Andy Rupp in operations is the hardest working man i know, from sun up to sun down. Joel Boyd aka Dale dobeck is the closest thing I have to family thats not blood. Sarah my inside sales is a extremely knowledgeable.

Great place to get all your roofing and siding materials. They have it all. If they don't have it they will order it.

My Grandfather believed in patronizing/supporting local neighborhood businesses. I have tried to respect those prudent words of advice for nearly 30 years...but after 3 MONTHS--I am still waiting for my PAID IN FULL order from our local Wimsatt. I've been given the runaround, told I hadn't "really placed an order" when I came to pick-up and pay for said order, given 3 subsequent pick-up dates; the last date being September 18, 2020 printed on my "PAID" receipt; along with a promised call from Wimsatt when my order arrives. Each of the pick-up dates are expired. I have received no call/text/VM/communication from anyone at Wimsatt. My son may continue to do business with Wimsatt. I will go to another company for my next projects--residing my home and renovating my entire second floor.

As a contractor I prefer wimsatt over other suppliers. Great staff always willing to help answer questions and facilitate product deliveries with short notice.
