I have been buying roofing materials from SRS- Lithia Springs for awhile now. Every time I go in to pick materials up they are always professional and efficient! I highly recommend using them!
Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with this company. We returned some windows our contractor measured to be the incorrect size. After they picked up the windows, we were promised a refund. They never attempted to contact us or issue a refund. Half a year later, they claim that the windows were always the correct size and refuse to issue a refund. Our contractor has stopped doing business with them due to repeated issues.
Customer and contractor service has always been a part of their culture which is why I do business with Superior Lithia Springs
