We had an outstanding experience with Z Innovations. They expertly handled our kitchen and bathroom renovations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The communication between the office and the crew was exceptional. Without a doubt, we will choose them again for any future projects.

These guys are wonderful and very reasonably priced! I used them for a renovation of about 3/4 of my house. They were so patient with multiple change orders due to changing health circumstances and various accommodation needs. Their suggestions were always helpful, they stayed close to the schedule, and dealt with complications quickly. The work is meticulous and looks great. I plan to have them back for future projects. Will update with photos once I’m moved back in.

I had Kevin and his team come out to inspect my roof and they gave me some good recommendations on repairing it vs replacing. Ultimately I decided to replace it and very happy with the result. They were very easy to work with and were happy to answer and explain any questions I had. I would definitely recommend having Kevin if you need any roof work done to your home!

I hired Z Innovations to renovate a rental property I own in Douglasville. Although the house itself is lovely, the previous tenant left it in poor condition, requiring extensive repairs. Living out of the area, this was a stressful situation for me. I found Z Innovations through a Google Maps search, and they immediately stood out by providing a thorough on-site evaluation and a detailed report outlining the necessary repairs along with clear cost estimates.

I also reached out to a few other general contractors, but Z Innovations impressed me with their thoughtful repair recommendations and competitive pricing. Choosing them turned out to be the best decision. They proved to be incredibly reliable, delivering excellent workmanship while adhering to the agreed-upon schedule.

What really set Z Innovations apart was their professionalism and communication. They used an app to share daily work logs, updates, and other communications, which kept me informed every step of the way. They consulted me on every detail, such as flooring materials and paint colors, and promptly addressed all my questions.

When unexpected issues arose, requiring change orders, they patiently explained why the changes were necessary and provided me with various options to choose from. This level of transparency and collaboration gave me confidence throughout the process.

The end result exceeded my expectations. The renovation was so beautifully done that my realtor has since recommended Z Innovations to other clients. I’m incredibly pleased with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone in need of dependable and high-quality renovations.

I found a recommendation for Z Innovations & I was not disappointed! Everything the other lady said was true - professional, prompt, good work - Carlos & Juan were really nice & did a great job! - and they finished ahead of schedule. Would definitely use them again in the future.

They replaced my metal roof with a shingle roof in one day. It was a fast process even though they had to do some repairs. My house now looks modern and isn't getting water damage due to a leaky roof anymore. Kevin and the guys were knowledgeable and professional, and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Z Innovations!

Z Innovations was in charge for my kitchen/living room renovation after we had a water leak, and they did an amazing job! My kitchen now has much more space and a better flow (and it’s so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, which is a big plus for me). Everyone was so kind and professional, and the process was quick and stress-free. This is not only because of their expertise but also because I could see exactly what was accomplished and what step in the process we were in through an app. Through the app I was able to see photos of the progress made and communicate with the team as well. I highly recommend Z Innovations and will be using them for all my renovations!!

Michelle’s the kindest most delicate human ever! She and Dr. Will Zinney made laser tattoo removal as pleasant as it can be! Ashley is the kindest and was so supportive through the whole process. They are truly one of a kind! I highly recommend you give them a visit!

I am very happy with all the flooring installed. No more carpet, just beautiful hardwood floors throughout my home and new tile in the baths. My home looks new and updated!

Overall I had a great experience with Z Innovations! They were always available when I had questions and talked me through anything I needed. The project manager was nice, friendly, and ensured that the whole crew did great work and left the areas they were working in even cleaner than they found it.

Writing this review as I have had nothing but good things to say in regards to my experience with the Zinnovations management team. I recently rented from the 396 Wilkinson Dr property located in Decatur/Atlanta and the home is recently renovated and absolutely stunning. As a Interior Designer living in this home has been a dream especially with the his/her master shower. While living in the home the Zinnovations team and property owner were ALWAYS easy to reach via phone, text, or email and quick to respond which you do not come across with a lot of other properties in the area. On top of that they're super friendly and were always extremely helpful especially with their move in and move out process.

In addition to the management the maintenance team was one of the kindest and most approachable I have encountered in a while. Always smiling and eager to address any other concerns or quick adjustments while addressing my submitted requests. Couldn't have been a better experience while living here and will be sad to leave!

The guys and gals at Z Innovations were absolutely amazing, they were very professional and very courteous. They replaced my roof and it turned out very beautiful, the workers were so great, they came at 7am and completed the roof by 7pm. They cleaned up and even cleared out a couple gutters for me. Amazing job, i am very satisfied. Thank you guys!!!

Z Innovations did a great job on my home renovations. They recently replaced my chimney (which had multiple rotten wood and no re-enforcement) and remodeled my master bathroom (which had much water mold as showed in the pictures). These guys are really knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The company was very professional and helpful. I will soon be using Z Innovations again for my kitchen remodeling!

This company replaced my roof, they were very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They also handled everything with the home insurance company. The roof looks fantastic as well.

Z Innovations came at the perfect time to do a roof inspection! They took pictures using a drone so that I could see the extensive damage before submitting an insurance claim. They were realistic about whether or not it was worth submitting a claim. I had so much damage that I couldn’t see from the street my insurance company approved a full replacement. Z Innovations worked with me and insurance company with the payment. They completed the roof repairs in HOURS! It didn’t cost as much as I expected and they were fast! Clean up and all. I also had interior water spots and it doesn’t even look like it was ever damaged! I was so impressed with the work and pricing I decided to get a quote for remodeling. The quote and the walk through was painless...pictures will be coming. I’ve been looking for a 1 stop shop contractor for years that was dependable and reasonably priced. Oh my goodness they were right on time! I had just posted a request for a contractor in the Nextdoor app and they were knocking on my door the next day! Thank you Kevin and Z Innovations

These guys did a really good job for me. I was apprehensive about hiring a remodel contractor but after using ZInnovation on a small job, you know just to see how they were, they completely won me over with their personable style, profesional attitude and expertise. Z Innovations recently updated and remodeled the bathroom and living area of our primary home upstairs. They also installed skylights both upstairs and downstairs. They also built a patio area and re-fenced our back yard. Wilber, his father, his brother and the rest of his team were responsive, timely and professional. The quality of work performed was excellent. We are now using his team for two more of our properties! I would not hesitate to recommend Z Innovations to anyone who needs good quality work done.
