What started out as an actual nightmare with a different roofing company, turned into a pleasure to deal with, with S&R roofing. I was traumatized from a nightmare of a job that was completed the week prior to contacting Charlie, so I had a million questions and requests. He was very patient and compassionate the entire time. These people are great. We highly recommend them. We had gotten 4 bids through Angie's list and they were the best price. No hidden fees or add on, one of the workers would walk the property throughout the day looking for nails and trash and they were very careful with our pool as nails do leave rust spots. Do plan on noise, there is no way to get around that, as it is above your head. They bring everything up to code and use the latest materials on the market. We were kept up to date on a daily bases and once the job was completed a drone was brought to show us our roof.

I always call Charlie when I have a roof issue. He is usually quick to respond and his crew does a great job!

S&R did a total of 6 structures of mine. All on time and efficient projects. Guys were great to work with. My roof was a steep pitch wood shingles. Not easy. There was some craftmanship needed. They handled it all. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

Very pleased with the crews work and care after every day to sweep the area. We had two reroofs done the first with asphalt the second with synthetic and we also had an awning repaired. The awning had a built in chiminea that got broken yet Charlie managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat to find a replacement that fit. W e hope your business remains successful.

We had our roof replaced in 2022. These people are awesome. Throughout the day someone would walk the property looking for any debris, even nails, that landed on the ground or in our pool. We were constantly updated on the progress. At the end they brought a drone to show us our roof. We had received 4 bids and they had the best. They brought everything up to present code. Replaced broken tiles, sheets of wood etc. You won't go wrong using this company!

I have had them do two of my roofs in the last couple years and referred several neighbors and friends. Of the five or six roofing companies I have used in my long life, they are still the only ones I would give a reference to. They have good crews and treated me fairly. Pricing is competitive, and they performed the work I asked for and beyond. I have met most of the crews through the process and they are definitely above others I have experience with. If I was to report anything negative, it would be the cleanup that is typical of a very busy crew, which some of those that I have referred to have noted also.

Charlie is the best roofer by far in the Phoenix area. I have done over 4 houses with S&R roofing. They have great warranty and you don’t need to ever use it because their roofs never leak. I am so happy I found this roofing company and I will not go anywhere else. His crew is clean - fast - and pure perfection. You pay for what you get and these guys are top tier.

Charley & his crew did a wonderful job on my roof. About 3 years ago I had solar installed & S&R Roofing was recommended by my solar company. Charley came out & did the assessment & I received a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. Now 3 years later, I just sold my home & there were a few tiles that were cracked, per the home inspection. I called S&R Roofing & Charley sent out one of his team & within 2 days the cracked tiles were replaced. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be calling S&R Roofing to give me a quote on the roof of my new home.

They painted my house last spring after a leak. Did a great job. No more issues. Very efficient process and hard workers. Onlya few days. Everything was done really well and still looks great. I'd highly recommend. Had a fallping vent on roof after a storm and they came back out and fixed (even though not their fault). A+ job. Great peace of mind.

S&R Roofing did the roof prep work before solar panel was installed. They worked with the solar panel installation contractor closely in scoping and scheduling the prep work. The roof prep work was done excellently and efficiently.
