Spotless Specialty Cleaning

Hayden and Christian did a very thorough and professional job cleaning my ducts and carpet after an unfortunate incident that resulted in mold throughout my home. It was a very long 12 hour day for them, but they offered to stay and complete the big job with no complaints. At one point we had driving rain outside and they managed to work around all that without bringing any water or dirt into the house. I highly recommend Spotless for all your duct and carpet cleaning needs.

I had scheduled my ac duct cleaning Tuesday, July 15th. When the crew arrived, they inspected the duct work location and started the job. They were very polite and professional in what needed to be done. Afterwards, they clean up the small mess that was made during the cleaning. Both of them, *Sarcawt and Christian) needs to be recommended for a well satisfied job they performed. I would request in the future to have them back. I wish I had known before now how fast and easy it would be to get my rugs cleaned. I had 7 cleaned. They look brand new. At this price I can afford to get them cleaned every 1-2 years.

I contacted Spotless after realizing that my dryer vent had an excessive amount of lint build up. I didn't even know just how much there was at the time, but I'm so happy I called. I decided to go ahead and have the HVAC vents cleaned as well, not knowing if they'd ever been cleaned previously. The guys were very polite and respectful. They worked diligently throughout the day, and provided service in the upstairs bedrooms and dryer vent first as I requested. It was a 6 hour event and there was a lot of effort that seemed to be put in to their work.

We suspected our dryer vent was clogged. Called Spotless and they were able to get to us quickly. The techs were great - thorough and friendly. I highly recommend Spotless!

We had our home and deck power washed. The deck was in pretty bad shape. These guys did an amazing job on both the deck and the house. They had to move things off the front porch and deck and everything was returned to its proper place. Would highly recommend.

Christian and James cleaned out our dryer vent that had not been done since we moved in in 2018. Our vent goes into our garage, up the height of the garage and across the width of the house before exiting. Since I can't see in, the fact that the clothes dry more quickly let's me assume that they did a great job. Both men were very professional and friendly. If you can enlarge the picture, you'll see that James is covered in lint!

Christian and Hayden did a fantastic job with the back deck at our place. They were extremely polite and worked with me on the timing and location of pressure washing and cleaning, so that it didn't disrupt my garden and the critters in it. I was very grateful that they were so careful and attentive. They and Morgan, the office coordinator, were also very good with communicating about visits to the house and what would be billed and how. I will happily recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by the Spotless Carpet Cleaning team. As usual, they arrived in the stated time-frame, and did a great job on our carpets! We've used Spotless for a few years, and referred them to our church for upholstery cleaning services too.

Morgan was able to schedule a service visit for me on a day's notice, including traveling across the mountain into to Franklin WV. The technicians were friendly, informative and efficient, sharing pictures of matted coils before/after. Will use this company in the future for duct cleaning maintenance.

Great service and quick! Maybe just a little too quick I feel there were a couple spots on my carpet that could’ve been cleaned a bit better and maybe a little more effort into drying the carpet! I was told 4 to 6 hours it would be dry but in reality it was like 8-10 hours so I couldn’t give five stars since it didn’t meet my expectations however it was still a good job and I would recommend them!

This is the second time Spotless has cleaned our light tan carpets and they look like brand new! The tech they sent out, James, is the most polite, professional, accommodating and thorough I have encountered in a long time. Phil and the office staff were also very friendly, helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend them for all your carpet/rug cleaning, water extraction and pressure washing needs! Due to problems with their truck, the original date for the powerwashing couldn't happen. However, Morgan in the office was able to reschedule my powerwashing for just four days later.
The worker showed up on time and spent over four hours completing the job: one large two- story house, an out building, and sidewalks. Everything just gleams! Excellent work! I will definitely use Spotless Cleaning again.

After a 3.5" rainfal in 3 hour period and a failed sump pump caused water infiltration in my finished basement I contacted Spotless. Many in the community had problems so the wait list was surely long but they were back with me the next morning and had technicians there by noon. Prompt, professional, exacting; communicated process and evaluation clearly. This is the team to call for water damage.

The soffits under the eaves around our "new" house had six years' of accumulated grime. After vain attempts to clean by ourselves, we called on Phil and his team. They did a great job making them white again, and carefully washing our cement board siding to avoid damaging it with high pressure spray (note: homeowner should remember to cover any sensitive plants near the foundation). Great followup and responsive communication.

We had a water heater hose spring a leak and it filled our crawl space with a couple of inches of water . Spotless Speciality Cleaning was the first place I called since I remember they also did restoration work. I'm so glad I did!

The owner, Doug was at our house ready to go within an hour of my call. That included the half hour drive from Harrisonburg! They extracted the water, put in blowers and dehumidifiers plus removed all the wet insulation from the crawlspace. Doug is a gem and has patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He has also been back a few times to make sure everything is going well on the drying out process .

We hired Spotless to clean a carpet that to be honest, probably should be replaced! Stained, saturated and soiled would be an understatement :( Phil gave me and the homeowner his expert and honest opinion (that there was little hope) but agreed to try for us. Scheduling mishaps on our end forced Spotless to reschedule, but Phil jumped our hurdles gracefully and with utmost service. The carpets are now gloriously clean and will live to see another tenant! Could not recommend Spotless and Phil enough! They are an amazing company to work with and have a wide offering of services they can do!
