Dan at Bearloga was amazing to work with! The chimney repair we started with became a full rebuild due to nearly 2 decades of water damage. Even with weather and other delays, Dan remained patient and took the time to explain what was being done at each step in the process. He and his crew also did a great job in cleaning up the site and making sure everything was right before considering the job complete. Dan truly cares about his customers and taking the time to do the job correctly. I could not have asked for a better company to handle this project.

I recently hired Bearloga to install EIFS siding on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations—the exterior looks fantastic, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in indoor comfort.
Thanks to the added insulation from the EIFS, temperature regulation has improved dramatically, and the impact was immediate. Since my home is fully electric, I was especially impressed to see my electric bill drop by 30% compared to the same time last year.

Our house in Charlottesville had a dated and really ugly EIFS exterior. We wanted to have the EIFS exterior replaced with hardiplank, and doing this was a big job.

Dan was very upfront and honest in all his dealings. He does excellent work and paid attention to details. And he was very demanding of his workers. I think it is fair to say that he met or exceeded all of our expectations.

Dan did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing siding work performed!
