The whole experience was great, starting with Wendy and Marc getting the job priced and scheduled timely. Neal and Sean did a super job and left our house looking great and their job clean up was amazing.

It was so awesome to work with Spokane Rain Gutters! I was recommended to them by the Valleyford Community page and I was grateful that Marc was able to come out so quickly to do our bid, Wendy was wonderful at the front office and Neal and Sean came out and did a fantastic job on our gutters - my boys loved watching them install and make the gutters!

Very happy with Spokane Rain Gutters. Used them several years ago to install new gutters and gutter helmets. Had then come out recently to install heat cables over patio areas in the gutter helmets. Wendy in the office was great and Marc came out the same day I called to give me the quote. Neal and Sean did the install and were very professional and went above and beyond to not only do the install of the heat cables but checked all my gutters/helmets to make sure they were still in good condition and working properly.

These guys came recommend and glad I had them do the job. I gotta old 1904 house that had no gutters. They were great to work with from Marc to the installers and very efficient. I have to wait on the helmet gaurd till spring but I will have them back to finish. Thanks so much !

I am very happy with Spokane Rain Gutter. Mark came out and looked at my gutter and took the time to explain what was needed and even cleaned out the debris that was causing my clogging. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Gutters looked great after installation and there wasn't a mess to clean up. Later we found standing water in the the front system and contacted SRG for help. Had difficulty scheduling someone to take a look and had to keep nagging the receptionist. Once it was scheduled, the team made changes without consulting us first which was disappointing. We contacted SRG again to ask them to reverse what was done and provide a different fix to the issue. We had difficulty with the receptionist but once we were able to speak with the owner, our concerns were heard and a fix was decided and implemented. They gutters are functioning better and they still look great.

Met, Chuck Mullenix, President at a neighbors where crew was on a job. He gave me business card and said to call Wendy for estimate appt. Spoke with Wendy who was polite and professional and set up Appt. with Marc to come out. Marc came out, we discussed job. He was knowledgeable and measured up the job, answered all questions and presented Bid before leaving. Called Wendy to Schedule, she was able to schedule crew to come out in a couple days. Crew of Neal and Sean called en route to jobsite and showed up at scheduled time. They were both friendly, polite, efficient. They completed the job and cleaned up in no time. I am satisfied with all work and would recommend Spokane Rain Gutter, Inc to anyone needing gutters.

Let's start by saying Marc, Wendy, Amy, Neal and Sean as a team worked well together. They communicated very well with the process and were very knowledgeable. After being scheduled to have the install they stood by there word by putting on a cancellation list and were very prompt on getting the install done sooner.

Spokane Rain Gutter installed the gutters on my first-ever home at the end of March, and I'm super happy! It was great working with everybody during the process: Wendy at the office was lovely to talk to for scheduling, asking questions, and making payments; the salesman, Marc, was very friendly and excited about my new home with me and made sure I knew everything to expect (letting me keep a copy of the planned gutter diagram was SO cool); and the installing technicians, Neal and Sean, arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional, got right to work, and finished in just a few hours. A seamless process all around - just like the gutters, lol! The gutters work great, and they look great, too. When I want to get gutter filters/protectors in the future, I will return to Spokane Rain Gutter for their professionalism and their quality. Thanks again!

Edit to Add: When the first big rainstorm rolled around a couple weeks later, I noticed that a small section of gutter right above my front door wasn't quite draining as efficiently as I expected (but everywhere else was doing perfectly). I called Wendy to explain the concern, and she chatted with the team, and in less than three days they came out again and adjusted the angle, no charge and no fuss thanks to the warranty. The next rainstorm, it drained perfectly. I didn't know I could be even happier with the service provided than I was, but I am! :)

My rain gutters were falling off my home so i needed replacement. middle of winter january, Spokane Rain Gutters staff from free estimate, reseptionist, installer were real nice people I would recommend these folks and will call them again if I have a need for a service they provide. My installer was Neal, he preformed the entire job alone did a great job and it was done in just a few hours and couldnt look better thanks again Neal.

We just had Spokane Rain Gutter install all new gutters around the house. The finished job looks fantastic, much better than anticipated. Neal and Sean were top-notch professionals. We were replacing vinyl with seamless gutters after 30 + years. Chuck came out to give us an estimate and found an area that never had gutters before. His estimate was fair, so we accepted their bid. Neal and Sean arrived on time and quickly went to work. They were done in a few hours. We we very impressed with the end result just after having our house painted.

We had them replace the gutters and install a new gutter helmet. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Dealing with Wendy in the office was very nice. She was always helpful and answered any questions we had.

I had rain gutters installed on an older home in spring of 2021. Gutters look great but without much rain for most of the year couldn't leave much of a review. But after the autumn rains and a good amount of winter snow, the gutters have held up flawlessly. The entire staff from estimates, scheduling, and installation were all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and kind people. The gutters not only work great they look great! The guys, Neal, Sean, Jacob and there was one more but unfortunately I did not get his name, were kind enough to change a couple minor details for me. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Had a truck smash one of my rain gutters in the front of my house. I called Spokane Rain Gutter and the owner came out to give me a repair estimate. I felt the price was very good and told them to do the work. They sent a crew out quickly and did a great job. The color of the new gutter matched the exsisting gutters perfectly. Great price and service!

Had Neal and Joey out to replace a 24 foot section of Rain Gutter about 2 weeks ago. It was a little tricky because of the Gutter Helmet on top of it. They did a great job problem solving and replacing the gutter. They were on time, early actually, worked diligently and replaced the gutter with a new section and angled it correctly so the water would drain out of the gutter. Very happy with their work. So good that I might just replace another section of gutter. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for assistance with replacing another section. Nice guys, very personable, good experience for us. We met Marc at the Spokane Home Show (which got us a nice discount) and were very pleased with the presentation of the Gutter Helmet Project. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate in March. Well, when the Coronavirus quarantine came we got a call from Stacy in the office that it would have to be rescheduled. In time we got a call from Wendy and were able to get Marc out. Marc was thorough and we had an estimate and all our questions answered before he left.
Admittedly the cost is a factor, however value is a bigger factor, so we scheduled the installation.
Joey and Neal arrived on time and in the two (2) days it took for the installation we had an opportunity to observe their craftsmanship and professionalism. They were thorough and careful and cleaned up after themselves. High marks to this company.

Just had new rain gutters installed into my home on 09/12/2019. My home was built in 1964 and has never had rain gutters installed. would not recommend them,they have a lot of business and my job was only bid at $300. I wanted a firm date to install and could only tell me would be first of September. After many calls and promises to show up they called and said would not install until March of 2020 ! Lady on phone was not very professional.

I am writing a new review about my experience, as problems with my installation became a real headache. I purchased a SunSetter Awning from Spokane Rain Gutter, Inc. Everyone was very nice and courteous, and the scheduler was very flexible with me. When I met with their salesperson and ordered the retractable awning, he explained to me that I would need an electrician to install a weather-proof outlet for the power to the awning. He neglected to tell me, however, that because we ordered lights on the awning, we needed a special outlet box to accommodate the two cords with 90 degree plugs. So, we unknowingly had a standard weatherproof outlet installed at a cost of $650. At the installation of the awning, I was THEN informed that I had the wrong outlet installed! Consequently, I have an additional $200 electrician charge to resolve the issue. Frustrating!

The work itself was well done, however the professionalism from start to finish was fair at best. They will expect a 50% deposit before they will even put you on the list to be scheduled. You may not get scheduled for another 3+ days after you pay. Then, you won't be given a time, just a date. The office staff say they will provide details to the individuals doing the job, but none of the information taken down was shared. (i.e.: no external power source, and need for ladder access to second story in back.) The individuals who installed the gutters walked through my house with all of their supplies (and dirty boots), left small pieces of metal all over the place and arrived almost 3 hours earlier than stated, with no warning. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again in the future.

Dealing with Spokane rain gutters from start has been great. Starting with the receptionist who was very polite and helpful all the way to the installers who were very friendly and detailed in the work making sure that everything was finished and cleaned up. I would give the installers bonus point for be careful and courteous taking down my flags and reinstalling them when completed. A+++

Spokane Rain Gutter installed our rain gutters and Gutter Helmet. They were so professional, arriving when scheduled and doing a great job. I am so impressed with their warranty, but fortunately we have not to use it.

We had Spokane Rain Gutter install gutters in our new home 11 years ago. With the recent winter we have had, I can't imagine where we would be if we hadn't gone with a company that provides quality product and professional installers! No water problems and our gutters are in excellent condition. We built at shop 4 years ago, and all though it was a small project, Spokane Rain Gutter still provided us the same excellent quality and product as before. Great company.

They schedule to bid our job and set the time at 9am. They called telling us that their bidder was hung up on a job and could meet us at 11:30. Which he did. We accepted their bid and paid them to for the job as they had an opening in their schedule the next day. They set the install for between 2 and 4pm. They were a no show. They called and left a message and said the installer was "Hung Up" on a job a would be back tomorrow. They are 2 for 2. Don't ever use these unprofessional big talkers. They apparently don't own a watch and your time is worth nothing.
