Alpine Construction - Mica, WA

We hired alpine construction after receiving several bids, they were not the cheapest. They were very flexible with scheduling and informative throughout the entire tear off and re-roof process. Will definitely use them again for other construction projects.

I called to schedule an estimate and was told someone would contact me to schedule. I'm not sure why I couldn't schedule it right then, but okay. A week and a half later, I got a phone call from Jesse wanting to schedule the estimate. The estimate was scheduled for 11 the next day. Nobody ever showed up. Or called. I sat at home for over an hour waiting for them. Over 24 hours later and still no phone call. Needless to say, they aren't getting hired. With this work ethic and customer service, I'd look elsewhere.

I hired Alpine Construction to fix some siding issues on my house. The end product looks fantastic. They matched my paint so you can't tell what's been fixed. They were on-time, professional and finished the work within the quoted timeframe. They cleaned up after themselves. I would 10/10 recommend them to a friend.

We again used Alpine Construction recently to fix outstanding items on my parents house as a condition of the sale. Alpine has done outstanding work for my entire extended family since 1989 - bathroom remodels, hardwood floor refinishes(2), carpentry, window repair, new roof, roof repair and recently chimney repair.

I contacted Alpine to schedule an estimate to finish mudding, texturing, and to primer my 550 sq ft room downstairs. I spoke to a gentleman, I believe his name was Steve, and had it scheduled for 10am on a Friday morning. I left work and arrived at my home at 9:50 and left dissatisfied at 10:35. Why?...No one showed up and I didn't even receive a courtesy call. I waited all day and still did not receive a call. It is now over 24 hours later and I have not been called yet. I will never call Alpine again for an estimate. There are many other contractors in Spokane and just like Roto-Rooter, they give courtesy calls. If a company does not respect your time, especially one that proudly advertises on its website that honesty and integrity is their foundation, how can you trust them to accomplish the job with quality. I would have understood if they called to tell me that they were busy. I know they own a phone. I called their number. But instead they chose to neglect a potential customer and consequently created a negative review in return.
