Wrote a big long review absolutely trashing the inspection process and listed all of the things they “missed”. Decided to delete because while yeah, they missed a lot, my problems are mostly on the previous owner not the inspector. House has been a nightmare. Unfortunately I don’t think the inspection put us in any better of a position so to me it was kind of a waste of money…

Craig was very thorough with his inspection and offered insightful solutions to suggested repairs. The report was very straight forward and easy to follow. The inspection was a great overall experience.

Craig Husted came out and did our inspection. He took the time to not only do the inspection but also took the time to show us the places of concern. This was the most detailed report that we've ever had on a home. We've purchased 5 homes in our 56 years of marriage and no one has ever written such a detailed report in the past as well as explained everything. He did a great job.

Called at 1pm on a Sunday! They secured an appointment for the next day! Write up a complete home and pool/spa inspection within 24 hours with a video walk thru summary. What I appreciate the most is the integrity of the inspection. The report gave an unbiased view of all aspects of electrical, plumbing, structure, AC and heating. The information was extremely valuable in assessing what issues we may face with the home immediately and in the near horizon. Our confidence in the work allowed us to conclude our due diligence in just 3 days and give the Seller's ample time to make a few minor repairs. A Win for everyone!

What can you say about inspector Jack Johnson - the man is a consummate professional and A+ at his craft. On time, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, gets it done efficiently but with purpose. Has now done my last 3 property inspections and I wouldn't choose anyone else to do the job. Cannot recommend Jack and Spectrum highly enough.
