Hands down this plumbing company is super family friendly; easy to work with it and fair in their pricing. I had a terrible experience with Focus Plumbing-they tried to gauge me on the prices moreover, they had the wrong diagnosis for the heating problem. I called 702PlumbAir last minute while out of town as I needed to have hot water. They accommodated me right away with the emergency service and did not charge me extra. I called 702 in the morning about a water pressure issue in my kitchen. They scheduled an appointment for that afternoon and Tyler showed up right on time after texting.me first. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. Before he left he checked the pressure in the rest of the house and was on his way. The charge for the service was very reasonable. The next time I have a plumbing problem I will definitely call 702 and specifically request Tyler. I couldn't be happier with their service.

They were able to diagnose that the issue was electrical and not the tank itself. They showed up the same day we called. I will be using them again for all my plumbing issues

Susan and I are very grateful to the technician, Chavis, for resolving a serious issue regarding a gas leak. SW Energy had pointed out a potential emergency with a faulty gas installation in our garage that was leaking gas and urged us to get immediate help. Chris was a fantastic technician. He was obviously dedicated to doing a good job and making sure I was informed of what was going on every step of the way. My house is a little complicated to work with due to the previous owners renovations, Chris stuck with it regardless. He was working on piping that was only accessible through my triple digit garage and the second floor of my house.

Keith G. responded to the emergency call over the weekend and Victor was my technician that serviced today. 2024- My A/C went completely out on a three digit hot evening and I left a message after hours. Someone called me back soon afterwards to confirm it was not an emergency. They offered to have someone come out right away at an additional cost. I chose to wait until regular business hours and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. The tech was very professional and kind and repaired my unit and got it back up and running quickly. The cost was just a bit higher than expected but it was worth it. Top notch company! Much appreciation!

2025- My A/C is not working to it’s full capacity so I called and the NICEST tech came out, Keith, and provided his honest, expert opinion as to what is going on with my unit and I am just so happy that I found this company online last year and I feel that I can trust them with any future issues I may encounter. UPDATE 06/25/2025:
Trey came out to flush tankless heater I purchased from 702 two years ago.
He also check toilets, installed by 702, and faucets.
He did an awesome job as well.
Next time, I would rather have all plumbing service done in one visit.
I had 702 install a water filter under kitchen sink.
The filters needs to be replaced, but because I didn’t know which one to purchase, another visit will have to be scheduled.

UPDATE 06/23/2025:
Hemal came to clean AC unit outside.
The starter needed to be replaced.
Now it’s super quiet!
I told him it sputtered like a dying car trying to start.

It’s been a month since I had water softener and R/O system on kitchen sink installed and I’m very happy with appliance quality, service and employees.

We’ve noticed a huge difference from the previous system, the water feels cleaner.

I should’ve kept track of their names but the woman who answers the phone is courteous and answered my questions.
The guy that came to do the estimate, he inspected EVERYTHING! He included replacing kitchen sink part instead of entire sink (which another said I should do) and the shower stopper. He also informed me of company’s other services. Amazing.
The two guys that installed everything were respectful of our home, courteous and fast.

My only con is when units were installed, they forgot to leave the installation books and warranty information. Fortunately, the information was quickly sent to me.

I’m so glad I listened to recommendations on FB as well as researching 702 before hiring them.
Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

We’ve been using them for 2 years now for our plumbing needs and found them after having a really bad experience with another plumbing company that not only drained our pockets, but also provided such bad service we thought we were getting pranked.
