Salesman was great. Accounting was, well accounting. They spent a lot of time trying to sell a Warranty package but didn't show any brochures about the plans. He had a piece of paper that looked like spreadsheet with 20 to 30 line items. He kept it on his side to the desk and i couldn't read it. He kept circling items and then marking things off while he was talking about the different options he was trying to sell. I realize, a Warranty is probably with all the electronics on the car, but not once was that mentioned. I finally just said no Warranty, because I was getting too confused.

Ismael helped us the day we stopped in. He was efficient and got us taken care of quickly as we weren’t planning on faffing about all day. He made the process easy and smooth. We’re happy with the van and glad to do business there.

Andrew did everything he could to get us into our new jeep wrangler, super thankful for how hard he worked at it.

Gibby in my opinion is your best salesman because he really does care about his customers and goes out of his way to take care of them and make sure they get what they want and need. I always tell people to go see him and the dealership in Sunnyside if I hear people talking about buying a vehicle. We love this dealership cause they truly care and work for us customers and that is why we will always be a loyal customer and buy our vehicles there. Eddie took great care of me while I waited for my trucks oil change. He was quick to get some recommendations on services I was behind on and upcoming services my truck needed. We were able to get caught up with the services and make another appointment for next time I need an oil change to get some more stuff taken care of. Him and the technician did a great job and had me out the door in time for another appointment I had. Highly recommended!

The service department at Speck Ram is the best I have encountered in more than 20 years. From the phone call to schedule the appointment, to the follow up reminder. The checkin was fast and Eddie the service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Their online portal that allowed me to monitor the service status and authorize suggested options was seamless. My truck was finished on time. Speck took care of the Ram recalls I’ve been trying to get the Kennewick dealer to do for over a year with no luck. I called Speck on a Thursday and they had me in the following Tuesday. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Eddie was awesome!

Service manager, Wes is very knowledgeable and accommodating every time I bring my vehicle in. He makes sure that the requirements for the service are met and always has suggestions to ensure that my vehicle runs at optimum capacity.

Traveling cross country, I brought my Ram 2500 in for an oil change. My ans light had come on two days prior to my appointment. Tony was incredibly helpful as was the master mechanic. I was in no position to doubt them on their expertise. They could have taken me to the cleaners.
They spent time to go over my options. I was so impressed with their honesty. I would recommend Speck Dealership to everyone out there. They were remarkable.

I had a very good experience purchasing a used vehicle from Speck. I worked with Gibby, and he was very helpful to me. I felt the pricing was fair and really appreciated the entire team accommodating my schedule needs, holding the vehicle for me until I could come get it in person, and working quickly to get me back on the road, as it was a 3 hour drive from where I live. had my 99 Jeep Wrangler in for a no heat situation and to fix the mounting on my cigarette lighter socket. needed a heater core, so it was replaced. They had the jeep for 2 weeks , after i had paid close to $1900. i walked out to get my jeep and it had a vertical crack in the passenger side of the windshield from top to bottom. walked back to the service dept. where i talked to Wes the Service Mgr. he said since the windshield is pretty old that if i would pay for a windshield they would install it. Regardless of how old the windshield is, it had no cracks in it when i dropped it off. The customer should not have to pay for any damage incurred at the dealership when it is in for service. Will not be using Speck dealership in Sunnyside in the future.

Customer service was exceptional. They constantly updating me with the service of my vehicle. They were able to order the parts needed for a recall and have it arrive within a few weeks versus 3 months elsewhere

Perfect service ask for Eddie Garcia! He helped us when no one else would. We tried to get out of a negative vehicle for a long time and nobody would help us. Not even the dealer we bought the truck from. I had bought a vehicle previously from Eddie. Decided to go back sure glad I did he not only got us out of the negative vehicle but gave us a great deal. I know now that I can trust this dealer and I for sure won't be buying anywhere else. Friendly service and a great team to go to they really do try and help you .

From the first time I contacted them about my interest in my 2018 GMC Canyon, I was very impressed by their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm to help me get the vehicle I wanted. New battery incorrect size. Labor time quoted for engine check was inflated. Did not air up tires as requested. 80 dollars to connect battery?!! 1/2 hour charged!! No old battery to remove. Rod knocking, start engine, KNOCK- KNOCK- KNOCK!!! Turn off engine. Yup, bad rod. How do you get two hours from that? Forced to buy new battery for dead vehicle....

Even recommended a welding company for our truck bed . Coming from Lynnwood it was definitely worth the long drive to find such a good and person friendly company.

Well the Dodge Durango 2018 real nice vehicle. Don't believe that put the correct mile on contract that it had. I believe they used the online miles it said it had. Plus they said during signing of contract they paying off my old vehicle did not say they are adding any of that to the new contract. Because the vehicle sale price was $34,499. And with the length and amount my payments are I'm almost paying double the price it was saleling for. Because their's $34,499 vehicle price then sales tax ,warranty ,interest and price I owed on my old vehicle total up to $27,157. Because they said they paying off the Dodge Dart and the $27,157 has to have part or all what I owed on it added to new contract. Because $27,157 is high price for warranty sales tax, and interest. Beside vehicle registration.

Honestly if I could give Jeep service a 0 I would. I took my Jeep 3 times I had placed brand new rotors and pads every single time they would say it’s not the pads or rotors. Last time I took it in still squealed plus I turned it in with over 3/4 of a tank of gas. When I received it back I had less than 1/4 of a tank plus over 200 miles more then what I originally took it in with. The disrespect of having to pump gas and still leaving a mess in my car. Let me just say I won’t be back for their service!

Tldr: I was lied to over the phone and in person about an offer to buy my car that i was sent in writing, then lowballed in person by over 11k under what was promised.

I received a letter saying that they would pay my car off free and clear, with the OPTION to trade it in as well. It even had a note from their sales manager saying that they would buy it outright.
I called them and gave them the details and was told over the phone that I was correct in this assumption.
Well, after an HOUR DRIVE I was told that they would only buy it for 11,000 under what i was told over the phone!

Took my vehicle in because of a strange noise they diagnose the problems and got me back on the road within a week even though it required fix the lifters, cam shafts and a brake problem. Thanks
