Everything went well and there was good communication with them. Only thing I would suggest is the crews need to get ladder stabilizers so the ladders do not rest directly on the gutters and to be mindful of any gutter leaf filters to prevent damage.

We were collecting water in the slider track apparently caused by the weep holes being plugged. Specialties personnel evaluated the problem and cleard the weep holes so that drainage could occur.

I would highly recommend making Specialty Home Products your first choice. Alex came out and looked at my roof after Progressive insurance said they would be turning off my policy. He inspected my roof and said no replacement was necessary at this time. Looks like the only thing I need now is new insurance, but when I do need a roof I will definitely call Specialty Home Products. Thank you

I recently hired Specialty Home Products, Inc to do a complete residential vinyl siding removal, followed by installation of Hardie fiber cement siding. I also hired them to roof my large house and equally large addition. I worked with Chad, who was readily available to answer questions and assist me through the process. My legacy cedar shake roof began leaking for the first time just as winter arrived late last year. Rick and his team took care of me immediately ... getting tarps up and the roof watertight until good roofing weather returned this spring. I originally wanted a heavier (thicker), more expensive roof product. Rick said that product wouldn't look good on a low angle roof like mine. As proof, he directed me to look at a house similar to mine with this heavy product installed. He was absolutely right ... it didn't look good on a low angle roof. He recommended a less expensive, but still very architecturally-appealing and quality product which I just had installed. I couldn't be happier. The materials and installation are absolutely top notch. Just as importantly, communication is excellent ... phone messages and emails are returned 100% of the time and always in short order. Highest recommendation.

We had Specialty Home Products provide a quote for residing our home. While the timing ended up not being right for the job, we were impressed by Chad's responsiveness and care in helping to provide an estimate. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and quickly responded to questions throughout the process.

The only problem i had was with the billing. I should have received a hard copy in the mail and nothing came. I finally got a phone call saying if I don't pay they'll send it to collections. I immediately sent in a check for the full amount and 2 days later got a notice from the collection agency NACM. Stacey should have taken care of the situation but didn't! The work that was performed was perfect. Consequently my credit was dinged almost 100 points, NOT HAPPY!

Don’t do it. They might be the worst at installing windows. The original work was done last summer and a few weeks ago someone came out to fix some of the problems. Now they have sent me an incorrect invoice, ha! Sloppy work, wish they never touched my house. Now I get to fix the messy and inadequate job they did caulking. Save yourself many hassles and don’t hire them.

I have had Rick replace multiple roofs. Including on one with multiple sheets of plywood that had rotted out. He has done exactly what he said he’d do. Jobs were done on time as agreed and the roofs look perfect. I would highly recommend his company.

After days of hard work in hot weather, the skilled craftsmen at Specialty Home Products put a new roof on my house. Sales Consultant Casey Luport was informative and answered every question I asked along the way.
When my cat, Duffy, who likes to jump on the roof, was trapped inside the rafters, Casey came that evening to open a gap for the cat to escape.
My roof looks great, all corners and edges neat and my cat is still walking around on the ground where he should be. It's a win-win!

Lupe did intrecate repair work on our cement single roof. He worked very hard showing us pictures of what he was fixing. He has worked other parts of our roof before and it is all doing well. He is very talented, communicates well, and is a valuable worker for this top notch company.
