The communication provided by Mr. Kinchen is of the highest priority- and you can see this is the finished product. I was looking for a company to install new gutters on my home and I’m sure glad I came across this company. I noticed a lot of home owners in my area used them and had good to great experiences with Specialty Gutters, so I decided to give them a call.

I reached out late one evening requesting to get an estimate for a gutter job. SGS called me the next morning and set me an estimate appointment that same day. Ty, the owner, came out for my estimate. Ty was awesome! He was very professional, relatable, and gave me information that I needed regarding the job. He didn’t try to sell me on what I didn't need. He explained the job detail by detail and made me feel comfortable about doing business with them.

Installation day was a breeze. The two guys that came, I forgot their name, but they were very professional, and got down to business when they arrived. I was amazed how fast the job was completed, from demo, to install, and clean-up.

I am very pleased with the outcome of this install. The gutters look great on my home. I’m glad I chose SGS and will do business with them again for future home projects.

I hired Specialty Gutters for a gutter replacement. I was drawn in by their impressive reviews and I can honestly say they lived up to their reputation.

Their team was efficient and responsive, quickly getting me on their calendar for the work. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process.

During the removal of the old gutter, they discovered rotted fascia, an issue I was completely unaware of. Instead of covering up the problem, they walked me through various fixes I could consider. I appreciated their honesty and chose to replace the fascia.

After the installation, I noticed a minor issue regarding the spout length - a problem unique to my house, not a mistake on their part. I brought it up to them, and Seth came over on a Saturday to remedy the problem free of charge.

I had gutters installed that overran and couldn't handle the volume of water coming off front of my roof. Tried to get company that sold them to me to come back and fix the issues, but never could get them back on site.
SGS came out and installed new gutters that worked, they handled all the water with no issues. Crew that installed them knew what they were doing and were great to work with. Difference between the two companies was SGS designed what I needed for the water volume and the other company didn't know how and just install cookie-cutter gutters and said they will work.
Later I had SGS install small section of gutters over a sidewalk. Months later had small issue with them leaking and slight overflow. Called their office and within hours (the same day) someone was out to fix my issues.
With my dealing in Hammond, they are the best at backing up their produce and working to please you.
I highly recommend them to everyone. They are a good company, have great employees and care about what they do.
