Excellent workmanship by Custom Roofing by James Ghawaly, LLC. Sales manager, Mitchell Rogers, was very professional and patient in the planning stages. The work crew was very polite and hard working. The job site was left in excellent condition after completion. Coordination of the roof install followed by the installation of ridge tiles was flawless, I highly recommend Custom Roofing for your roofing needs.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding job Custom Roofing by James by James Ghawaly, LLC. did on my dad’s roof. Mitchell Rogers’ provided excellent support, guidance and oversight throughout the process making the experience an easy one. Their roofers who worked on the project were kind and went above and beyond for us. We needed to get my dad to an appointment and we were going to cut through the lawn with him and his walker. The workers insisted on stopping and completely cleared the way for us on the sidewalk and driveway for him. They left the driveway and garden in better shape than it was at the start with no roofing nails.
When I returned home after their completion I noticed the workers even reattached the head on our statue of Mary that had broken off months before during a storm.

The owner James, at Custom Roofing is one of the most professional contracts we experienced in a long time. We had roof damage due to a sever wind storm. James was with us every step of the way! He suggested several Roofing options which, were exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I felt as if he was working on his own home, with the care and consideration he gave us. James provided excellent service for both the analysis of the condition of my roof and determining if the damage was storm related. I obtained 3 quotes for my roof and he was the only one that determined damage was storm related. James is very knowledgeable and meticulous with his review and assessment. He worked with the insurance company adjuster who confirmed the damage was storm related and therefore covered under my homeowners insurance policy. He was prompt with his responses to both me and the adjuster and coordinated the date for my roof replacement that worked with my schedule. His workers were also excellent. Very prompt, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. I would highly recommend Custom Roofing and James Ghawaly.
