Did a great job on installing my gutters, prices were fair, not the best but decent.
My reasoning for 4/5 stars is because they need to improve on communication. The salesman Mark was great, but the communication within the company needs improvement.

Did an excellent job on replacing my old gutters and adding splash guards to my new Gutter. We can enjoy our existing patio cover without the fear of getting soaking wet during a rain. I will definitely use them for any future roof or gutter needs. Thank you, gentlemen. I did a great job.

I had a gutter that was partially separated from my house. Steve from Faithful Gutters came out and did a fantastic job of reattaching the gutter and reinforcing it by using better quality screws than was used by the original installer. UPDATE: During the installation of the siding and gutters, they discovered some roof damage around my chimney due to some leaks. Steve came out and surveyed the area in question. After the materials were ordered, Steve's crew came out and replaced some rotten portion of the roof and re-flashed around the chimney. They replaced the metal sheets on the roof and installed all new lifetime screws over the whole roof. This job was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up after themselves and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Thanks again to everyone at Faithful Gutters and Roofing. I highly recommend this company for all your siding, gutters, and roofing needs.

Faithful gutters put up my gutters almost 25 years ago. They did a fantastic job. Still in great shape. I recommended to put the gutters on my dads house. They did a great job. Then i had them put gutter guards on my dads house. They will help out alot because they were always getting leaves in his gutters. The guards will save us alot of time not having to clean out the gutters on his home. Great investment.

Faithful Gutters recently completed an install on my home. We built new construction so when I originally contacted them we were several months out from actually getting the gutters installed. Johnathan was very easy to talk to and deal with. He was understanding of our situation and kept me updated throughout the process and honored my original quote whenever the time came. Install was quick and looks fantastic. Very pleased and would highly recommend Faithful Gutters to anyone in need.

Called Faithful for an estimate and Jonathan was at my house within 24 hours. He then informed me of all materials that would be used, which appeared to be pretty solid. Within a few days the gutters were installed and they came out great. They were put to the test the following week when the snow came down and there was no dropping at all from the weight of the snow. Thanks

Jonathan Aucoin handled my mental breakdown like a champ when I saw that white fascia board. He quickly went out, measured the size and got a sample to assure me I didn’t need rip it all off. Faithful Gutters and Roofing crew knocked out my gutters in a day. I would pick this company over any other company even if they were free because the SERVICE was top tier!

Debra and her husband personally came to the house to assess my plans, made full recommendations on my cement size and to measure. I was delighted at the quick turnaround 2 weeks and the flexibility with scheduling. There were a couple of panels on the carport that were flawed and new panels were made and installed 5 days later, leaving me with a beautiful strong and sturdy aluminum carport. The black color does not seem to add heat to the afternoon side of the house and I’m looking forward to testing the 120mph wind specs for years to come. The contractor/installer went out of his way to answer all my questions and all the installers were kind and happy as well as competent

I contacted Tony Dunn with Faithful Gutters requesting service for some roof repairs. Tony came out and inspected what I needed to be done and gave me a quote on the costs.
Repairs were performed and I’m satisfied with the results.

This was one of four different roofing companies I called the morning I found a roof leak. They returned my phone call within an hour and had me on the schedule for that day before lunch time. Mr. Tony came out promptly at the time I was told. He was able to give me an estimate that day and get me on the schedule the following Monday for the roof patch. After that we had a hurricane but everything held up well. A couple days after the storm my roof was repaired and was even under the estimate. Mr. Tony kept in constant communication with me through the whole process with emails, text and phone calls. We will definitely be using him when we decide to get gutters and a screened back porch. I cannot recommend this company enough! Use them and you will not regret it!

I met Tony Dunn a few months ago, and little did I know, he and Faithful Gutters & Roofing was going to be the biggest blessing that my family has had over the past few years.

About a year ago, I was approved to receive a grant through RestoreLA to fix Ida damage. After spending almost a year straight searching for contractors to work with me under the program's conditions and schedule, Tony was the ONLY one to be fully on board. None of the 40+ contractors I spoke to had worked with RestoreLA yet, so understandably, they were wary and unsure of the legitimacy and process of the program. Faithful Gutters displayed zero hesitancy!!

They took a chance with me and I am so grateful for that chance. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the process while we waited for paperwork, the ok to move forward, and checks from the grant to come in. And trust me, the program definitely took their sweet time. Not a single company that I spoke to regarding ANY work that needed to be done to my home was this willing to work with me.

My roof was done just over a month ago, and today I was able to get my gutters done. Lagrant and crew did such an awesome job just now. Roof and gutters look fantastic and do what they are meant to do. I was hoping to get my siding done, but unfortunately the grant was not going to cover it fully. I know that it would have looked beautiful and when I'm able to, I will absolutely use this company to replace the siding. This is an amazing company with incredible values. I would recommend them to everyone.

I honestly could not thank them enough for the kindness they showed me throughout this stressful process. I almost feel guilty because of how patient and understanding they were lol. Their prices were great and I did not feel taken advantage of like I did with so many other companies. Please heavily consider them before going with a different one.
