Over the last year we have had Special Touch take care of several projects for us. They built a water closet in the basement, hung several ceiling fans, replaced our kitchen water faucet and just today repaired some damage done to our garage wall by another builder. They are fair priced, quick to respond, professional beyond belief. We will use them in the future for other home repairs.

My neighbor was having repairs done to there roof and we have a shared driveway these guys blocked my driveway when i asked them to move they told me oh well your neighbor told me to block your driveway so im not moving our truck even tho they had more then enough room ! So they thought it was okay to impead traffic when the shared driveway was a driveway to 3 different houses 4 if you include the neighbor who was getting work done to there roof totally unacceptable and unprofessional the worker was totally rude and didnt even care that he was blocking 3 other houses driveway

I am very happy with the work completed at our home. (Kitchen backsplash) We received a prompt callback to schedule a time to meet and then work was scheduled to start within a reasonable time frame. The team was quick and efficient. They completely cleaned up each day. They explained the process and what they would be completing each day. They were on time and actually apologized one day for being 15 minutes due to icy roads. I would definitely recommend using them for your projects.

Special Touch Builders repaired some boards in our deck and added posts for a pergola. The service was speedy, efficient, and all the workers seemed very knowledgeable. The cleanup was amazing: they even sweeped our deck of the sawdust, which I was not expecting because it was outside. They are very helpful. Would definitely recommend their service to everyone.

Had them do my floors, and I swear I haven’t seen any body do them better! They are very patient, and do phenomenal work! Definitely would have them do more work for me again.

During a bad windstorm last year that took off a portion of our roof in a downpour, my wife contacted Special Touch while I was out of town. Brad sent his crew over early in the morning and repaired the roof and the water damage from the storm. Price was reasonable and service was first class.
