I had them do an inspection on a home I was purchasing. Months after the inspection I’m leaning of all the things they missed. They were working for the realtor and did not want to kill her sale. If a realtor recommends them do not hire them. Find your own. This mistake is going to cost me 10’s of thousands of dollars.

Golden Bear both office personnel and the inspector responded quickly and scheduled our inspection within 24 hours of my initial call.
Their report and online access was nice, they had integrated technology and also listed what or how the space or equipment should be as well as how it should be maintained, prior to the results of their inspection.

Mike was professional, respectful and courteous in performing this inspection. He used Drone technology to inspect the roof and thoroughly inspected the home from top to bottom. He also provided a detailed digital report including pictures and comments on everything with notes on what could or should be corrected. I have never seen such detail and very pleased.

Very thorough and friendly. Would definitely use again in the future and highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a house. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful before and during our inspection. We recently moved here from another state and didn't know much as far as wells and water testing. He explained everything to us and helped us figure out what was necessary and what wasn't. Very reasonably priced. He gave us a packet with home maintenance guidelines and a list of recommended contractors in case we needed work in the future!
