Chad at Sparrow homes put in a ~400 sq ft covered back porch for us, which we've been super pleased with! Now had countless outside parties and the coverage is perfect for the fall weather here in the PNW. The all important concrete pour was performed by a super competent team who were able to pivot when the weather turned unexpectedly wet on them and they gave us an exposed aggregate finish at no extra charge which looks amazing. The components on the wood fastening look really nice. Chad and his team know how to complete a job really well! Would definitely recommend them for your next project!
I have had a few projects done with Sparrow homes in the last 3 years since we bought an older house. Working with Chad and his team has been easy, they do the work right and do a good job. I hired them for the big jobs :
damaged chimney removal and wall replacement, wall repair, back yard fence and removal of an old slider door/ replacement with a window. They are professional and get the work done within a short period of time.
We worked with Sparrow Homes to redo our back deck and add a custom outdoor room with metal frame and glass roof, and stainless steel outdoor kitchen counter.
We had an excellent experience with the owner Chad and his team and are very pleased with the end result. Our vision for the space was realized completely. The project was unique and complex, and Chad did a great job managing the different components and adjusting the scope as needed despite unexpected construction issues.
