Safeguard Roofing put a new 24x24 roof with ridge vents on our new addition. The crew didn't make a ruckus, did quality work and cleaned up. Couldn't ask for more.

I was anxious knowing it was time to replace an aging roof. Our 2001 build house has several hips and valleys normally found on larger homes. I was re-assured by Paul and his team when they explained the process and how Safeguard Roofing ensures a higher grade underlayment and lead pipe flashing. They ensured I was aware of the steps during the demo and construction phase with a clear explanation of how they would safely protect my plants surrounding the home.

Once the project was completed Paul walked the roof and yard to ensure my satisfaction and that all debris was removed. This is not the first time I have had a roof project but the first time it was done so fast, clean (no staples) and efficient!

Paul's crew with Safeguard Roofing is professional, awesome and installed a quality roof that will last. They had to remove our old ice & water, install new ice & water and install the metal roofing material.
The crew completed my large project in less than two days. They cleaned up as they went and we are very happy with our new roof.

Paul Stead gave us a roofing replacement quote three years ago, and shared with us that we could probably get another three years out of the existing roof. Even with Covid and the price of materials and labor shooting up three years later he was right on the mark of the market trends for where he should be.
His 10-man crew did a clean and detailed job over the three days, looked like they never stepped onto the premises, except for our change in the roof color and additional flashing and special finish features!

Paul's team put in a new roof, repaired both structural mistakes and bringing the roof up to code. They also removed a section for some water damage repair and then replaced that section after repairs. Paul inspected our previous home to let us know when replacement of that would be needed, and fixed problems identified in the inspection report prior to sale. Great company!

Paul with Safeguard Roofing is great and I highly recommend them. He went out of his way to prioritize my time sensitive request for repairs during escrow (buyer inspection had identified a few issues requiring resolution prior to closing and we did not have much time to get them done). He has also done a full removal and installation at a different home in the past which was done with top tier quality. Everything I have ever asked Paul for help with has been done timely and with high attention to detail. Definitely consider Paul and Safeguard Roofing for your next need!

We are very happy with the scope of work and constant communication with the owner throughout the entire process. Our entire roof and many sheets of the original plywood were removed and replaced. The crew was very respectful of the property and we didn't find one bit of debris or nails after the job was completed. We highly recommend Safeguard!

Paul has helped us out on numerous occasions and I can't recommend him, or his crew, enough. He's replaced two skylights, sealed a spot on the roof where water might have been able to get in, inspected the entirety of the roof, found the source of a major leak (cracked shingle) when another roofer tried to convince us the roof wasn't leaking and replaced all of the exhaust vents that had rusted out. He's always been super helpful and quick to respond to any problem or concern with the roof. I now have a tree down on the roof and I'll be having Safeguard do that as well.

Needed to get a roof on my rental in a hurry they got to my job quickly and I couldnt even tell they were there except the excellent looking new roof. Would use again and plan to in the next few weeks for another house.

Safety concerns.

1. Roof looks great and team worked efficiently and were friendly.

2. I picked up at least seven roofing nails from the property including five or more from the driveway. This could have cost us money in tire repair, time spent, could have gone into someone's foot, and could have endangered a driver's life.

Also there were two metal rings left attached to the roof that they had been using during the job.

To the company: Go around afterward with a powerful magnet and collect the nails.
