We had a great experience working with this company. They re-sided the whole house, replaced soffits, repaired water damaged areas including framing, sheathing, and fascia, installed tongue and groove ceilings at our house entry and 5 exterior wall lights.

Cb Siding fixed a rather small issue we had with molding under our gutter. They were always timely responding to my texts, arrived and completed the job on time. It looks good.

Jorge and team did a quality job on a large project for us at our snoqualmie pass cabin. Project included replacing much of the siding, removing a shed, fixing some dryrot and full exterior paint job. Communication was excellent, price was fair and the team did quality work.

I can not say enough good things about Jorge and his crew! I’m a real estate broker and finding great contractors to work with is very difficult. I contacted CB, had someone out that day to give a bid on replacing a 20 x 40 area of siding and other damage from water intrusion. I called Jorge about some minor siding repairs and caulking on my house I had recently bought. To my shock, he was out by the end of the day to look at it. And he had 2 guys at my house at the end of the week. They did very good work and fixed everything.

During the windstorm in mid-January, we lost siding boards on our house.

Jorge took a few dimensions, explained the process for repair, and informed me he would take a piece of the damaged siding so he could match paint in his warehouse.

Noe and his assistant were back within 48 hours with the replacement siding.

They installed it flawlessly, worked cautiously, as there was still snow on the ground,
and were very anxious to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their work.

Happy New Year! My name is Launa, whenever I begin a new year, I like to reflect on the good things that happened in the previous year. One that comes to my mind immediately is hiring CB Siding Construction! We needed our outside of our home painted. After visiting with both Jorge’s and getting their estimation, I decided to hire them. As they prepared to paint, they discovered there were water damage to many areas around the house. This had to be addressed before they could paint. I admitted that the house hadn’t been cared for many years. The deck rails weren’t under code, they would also have to be replaced. Many, many things needed attention. This house was in serious decline. To my relief CB was willing to work with me to accomplish all the needs! They were awesome! I have a beautiful house now. They over exceeded my expectations! I recommend you hire CB, I have inside work, I’m calling CB!

I was very happy with CB Siding on two projects they did for me recently. One was repair and residing of my chimney chase. The other was a fencing job that included a repair of one fence and replacement of another. I got a competitive bid and Jorge was very clear and dependable in managing the work. When the siding job turned out to include a complete rebuild of the chimney chase I felt the increase in price was very reasonable. The end result for both projects was great. Looks beautiful!

I've used quite a few contractors for remodel jobs in the past and they were by far been my most pleasant experience. We did a light remodel of our upstairs as well as a full bathroom remodel which included electrical work for a Sauna. Judging by my past experiences, I expected this job to take 1-2 months to complete. Jorge and his crew completed the job in less than 2 weeks! On top of that, the craftsmanship was far superior to what I was accustomed to seeing as well. No shortcuts were taken anywhere I could see.

Jorge's communication is fantastic as well. Always answers his phone and responds to texts promptly. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience with these guys. This is how working with a contractor should be.
