In the process of using this company for things I need around my house. They added a hand rail to our front porch. Alex and Austin top notch professionals and the rail is beautiful. I am so excited to be working with this company knowing I am getting the best!!!

we utilized Sparling in a remodel of our basement which included some correction of landscaping next to the foundation and they did a wonderful job. They always kept us informed of the process and if there were delays as to why. The finishes are beautiful and would highly recommend them. But we remodeled pretty much the entire house, while we still lived in it! They did an amazing job working around us. Daryl and Matt were the 2 workers that were there most of the time and I can not say enough good things about them. Incredible workmanship, professionalism, with a personal touch, always taking into account are wants and needs. They were there so much and we liked them so much, my wife thought she had a 2nd husband and a new son. The end result is fantastic! We basically have a new home and we LOVE it. After being in our home for 30 years, we decided it was time for an update. We decided to hire Sparling Construction based on their reputation in the community, and we have been more than happy with their willingness to work with us through design changes, their ability to handle unforeseen circumstances as the project progressed with honesty and integrity, and the way they always went above-and-beyond to help us achieve our ideal remodel, which included removing our old redwood deck and replacing it with an addition which included a new covered deck, a complete kitchen remodel, and a partial remodel of the open living area to match up with the new kitchen. They seem to put a lot of thought into carefully selecting their subcontractors (appliances, woodwork, etc.) and their carpenters, foreman and project managers were top-notch and again, went above-and-beyond for us. We have been extremely happy with the results, and based on our experience with Sparling, I’m confident that if any issues do come up, they won’t hesitate to quickly help us correct them. I would highly recommend them if you’re considering any building project.

I have used Sparling Construction for three different projects on my property over the span of more than 20 years and I have always been impressed with the high standard of work and attention to detail. The latest project was a complete remodel of three rooms in my house; a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Todd and his crew worked closely with me on the design process and then selected first class sub-contractors to work on the specialized areas that I needed, such as masonry work on my fireplace, considerable plumbing improvements and custom cabinets and counter-tops. Sparling's own carpenters (Matt and Daryl) did the majority of the framing and finished carpentry work and were invaluable in helping me with decisions on layout and placement of cabinets.
On such a large project there is always going to be the occasional miscommunication or change of plans but what I appreciate with Todd and his staff, is the willingness to sit down and resolve those problems with courtesy and patience.
In the end I got the results I was hoping for and love being in my "new house."
