Could not be happier with the work Spano Construction has done on our home. We recently purchased a home that needed a lot of renovating. We reached out to Lou at Spano and went down the long list of things we wanted to complete. Lou quoted us a very fair price and work started within a week. His team showed up on time everyday and they keep an extremely clean work space. Living in a construction zone can be hard but the house was spotless everyday when they left. They installed new floors for us, took down a wall to open the kitchen up, closed a window, painted the entire house, renovated our half bath and are now finishing up a complete kitchen renovation. They are very knowledgeable and their work really speaks for itself. We will recommend Lou and Rich at Spano Construction to everyone we know who’s looking for a reliable contractor.

Over the past several years we have used Spano Construction to put a new roof on our house and add a bay to our garage.
The workmanship was impeccable and the pricing was reasonable and affordable. Plus they are wonderful people to work with!

Complete kitchen remodel and downstair repair from burst kitchen pipe caused flooding mold … my entire kitchen had to be gutted and part of downstairs ! Spano construction was recommended to us by Wren kitchen for the cabinet installation and remodel. I called and the owner Lewis returned my call the next day . He was great from the first call. I explained what happened and it would be covered by insurance so i had no idea what to expect! He came over to give us an estimate and discuss what needed to be done. Me and my mom own our home and I am visionally impaired and from the start lewis really took this into consideration when explaning things so i could really get the vision and thru out the whole project !! We kept in touch regularly while the ins went thru and there were some hold ups but lewis just told us he could start within a week after the ins was settled. The estimate he gave us was completely in line with what the ins quoted which was awsome! We finally got our payout and he started1 wk later! Lewis and rich were neat clean proffessional and friendly ! They did it all .. plumbing ,electric ,cabinet installation walls,floors,and everything in between! We had a couple setbacks because of the cabinet co ,but Lewis worked with it ,made adjustments to his schedule to keep our projects moving! Anytime i had a question he always responded quickly ! He said he could get it done before Thanksgiving …they finished on wedthe 22nd at 3:30!! Omg an amazing job!! From start to finish it only took 7 wks!! We even added on our bathroom to have some remodeling to that also!! So they will be back!
