JT Roofing Contractor

Got three bids for roofing services. Two of them were jokes with absurd pricing for the same scope of work. Jesus was the third bid. His pricing was spot on, and very competitive. Punctual, and direct, Jesus and his team showed up, described the work to be done, walked me through the project plan and executed perfectly. To be sure, sometimes small mistakes happen - and one did. Jesus was quick to resolve the issue, calling upon expertise from within his network. The next day both the roof and mistake were completely and professionally installed and resolved. I could not be happier with the results and with Jesus and his team. It's individuals like Jesus that make it into my contact list of professionals to remain in touch with. Truly an impressive individual! Thank you Jesus for helping me make my house my home!

Called for fence repair after a windstorm. We had 16 feet of fencing across 3 4x4 posts that fell over and a yard with dogs that needed to be secured. They responded quickly and came out. They explained to my wife the replacement of the 4x4 and fencing would be $500. High, but expected due to short notice and high demand. The next day the called and cancelled on us, in short notice. I made arrangements for my dogs to be protected over night. The next day they came out with 2 people. They worked slowly and still wrapped up 2 hours later (took a half hour break during that as well). They replaced 1 post, used 3 bags of cement and re-used the rotted and damaged wood that fell over the previous night. So a $21 dollar post, 4 bags of $10 cement mix, and 4 man hours of labor cost us $500. 109/hour for labor is highway robbery...even on short notice. I paid, as I agreed to..but will NEVER use again

These guys are awesome! They gave me a very competitive price for my fence. They got here at 9am promptly, tore down my old fence and put up a new one by 2pm the same day. Crazy fast and high quality work. If you need a new fence quick and cheap but still high quality, use these guys!

Great he came gave me a good bid i hored him he came that day did the work great job , all my neighbours ask who did such a good job and if i would mine if they called him to do work on there houses and yards

I can’t rave enough about this company!!!! They were under on all the other bids we had received.Once we chose this company to tear down existing fence and build a new one, they penciled us in and were here promptly at 9 on Monday June 22 and finished at 5 of June 23! The workers were all business and added their input for better functionality.
This is a beautiful fence and we will be hiring them again for any of our contracting needs!

They got here at 9 am took down my old fence and took away put up new fence and were done by 1pm looks great thank you

We purchased a new house Lakewood and it was in dire need of a new roof. After interviewing and getting proposals from 6+ roofing contractors, we chose JT Roofing. Absolutely love these guys and JT is an honest, hard working and great business to work with. He opted to start our roof on a Sunday, due to historic rains this winter and not very many available days to work on a roof. The roof was completed in 2 days and it looks great and well done.
We also had them provide landscaping services and also well done.

Excellent job! Reasonably priced and fast! JT & his crew installed a 100' wooden fence and repaired our wooden deck, removed all debris and left our yard in great shape . Highly recommended!

Jesus and crew were excellent. They took great care of an overgrown yard that I inherited. Pulled out a rhodium that was growing into my home foundation. Now my yard looks great. Will be bringing them back for more work.

Jesus and crew were terrific. Beautiful job. Yards look beautiful. Fence is wonderful. Very efficient and cleaned up all debris. Went OVER AND ABOVE what we expected. Will definitely hire again in New Year.

Excellent fence work. Great fair price. The only issue I had was the lack of communication as to when they would be here. But once they were here they did an excellent job.

JT and his crew did a great job with my fence and landscaping. I could not be happier. Have already given his name to my neighbor and my brother.

Had appt. for 3:00 on Tuesday, he called and asked to make it after 4:00. At 6:00 still not here, so we left to run errands, he called at 7:30 and asked if we were home. No. So, made appointment for today, Thursday at 8:30. It's now 9:30. NO SHOW! Just wanted to get a bid, evidently they are too busy. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT USE! BEWARE! Called to get him set up to do the fence that he had bid us for, he said he would come out on a specific day. I took the day off to be sure I was here. He did not show, nor give us the courtesy of a phone call to say he would not be there. We called after waiting several hours and he sounded like he didn't even remember us! He said, " I promise I will be there tomorrow at noon."

Of course, I took the day off again (more money out of my paycheck) for the following day and waited. Noon came and went with yet again NO COURTESY PHONE CALL to say he would not make it. Surprise, surprise. I did not bother calling again.

This guy is spread so thin ( and from the sounds of it from other review, doesn't employ skilled workers. ) SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, and HEARTACHE. It's not worth it.

Jesus and his company did a great job installing sprinkler system, hydro seeding, rock walls, concrete driveway & walkways, fencing and building a 10x16 shed. His prices were very competitive and they did good work, I would highly recommend them.

I never make reviews but my experience was abysmal. DO NOT USE JT. Also, other reviews I've seen have been generated by the company directly.

We needed about 200ft of new fence installed. I went with JT because he was cheaper than the competition, but unfortunately this was one of those situations where you get what you pay for and boy did it show.

1. JT made an appointment to come out the morning of the 10th of May, a Tuesday. I told him the fence had to be completed by Friday, so I scheduled the day off. "Oh no problem, we take care of you".. His crew never showed. I had to call him in the afternoon and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and he would come out the following day. Really? Fine. I can let one hiccup pass.

2. His crew finally showed the next day. Took down the old fence then started placing the new posts. They were done by early afternoon. JT showed up on site to see how his crew was doing and told me they wouldn't come out till Friday to put the panels on because the concrete needed 24 hours to set even though they used quickrete. You know, the concrete that sets hard within 4 hours.
I remind him again. No, I need you done by Friday. He mumbles a lot, decides to take a phone call right in front of me then says "ok I bring guys tomorrow noon".

3. To my surprise, his guys showed up the next day on time and start putting panels on. Mind you I'm at work and not there to supervise. By the time i get home they've done almost 3/4 of the fence line. THE WRONG WAY AROUND! (I was meant to have the ugly side as was my original fence) By this time I was too stressed to say anything. My neighbors will have to understand.

4. Friday roles around and they finish the rest of the project. I get home and start inspecting. Their eye for detail is non-existent and took little care in their decision making. I had panels up and down my garden at different lengths near the ground. Up down up down. Looked like they took a buzz saw to it too. A lot of the panels were also shoved into the dirt up to 3 inches to rot. To make matters worse, the replacement gate I had put in next to the house had an original post that was nailed into the home. The new posts the crew installed adjacent to that one were 8-10 inches taller. Seeing the height difference, you'd think they'd cut a piece of new post and nail that on top of the old post so it's the same height. They took 2 freaking two by fours, cut them to size, then nailed them on top!!! By this time I couldn't believe I was paying for this crap. Call JT to complain (nicely) about all the issues and he tries to defend his crews actions as if they were justified. After a few minutes he agreed to come out and inspect the following day, Saturday.

5. Saturday goes by, he doesn't show. Am I surprised? Yet again I have to call and leave another voicemail for JT to call me back. He doesn't.

6. Sunday I call him, asking where he was. No apology, nothing. Complete disregard. Says he'll be come out sometime Monday...

7. I take ANOTHER day off work. He thankfully shows. I show him around and he agrees to fix the problems. Sends one guy at 7pm to work on it for a couple of hours. Wow, maybe I've finally gotten everything taken care of?
Knock knock. JT asks me to inspect the fixes. Everything looks good, except he didn't fix the uneven panels!
"Oh yeah. I come tomorrow and fix with saw" JT says as I want to rip my face off.
While I was reluctant to pay for the fence until all issues were resolved, as one should, he still came out to fix the problems in the first place. Maybe I can trust him one last time to come out the following day, regardless of the terrible communication as he hands me the bill and I hand him a check.

8. No show.

9. I call him the day after that and left a voicemail.

10. Next day no call, nothing. So I leave another voicemail telling him that this was unacceptable and unprofessional and he needed to come fix what he said he would.

11. Two weeks later. He's still not called me and I just found 4 panels not nailed in the bottom. Do not trust JT's services, please!

When a windstorm blew part of our roof off, we texted the two top real estate agents in town to ask for a recommended roofer. They both texted back JT Roofing.

JT and his crew just finished our roof and it looks great. They were fast and hard working, and did a great job with cleanup too. Very fair price too. Highly recommend JT Roofing.
